Excellent - highly recommend

Very well. They are honest. We had a leaking roof back in 2014. Most of the roofing companies said we need the new roof then we called Lightfoot company and they came out to patch it up and it still lasts us until 2021.

As a real estate investor, I have worked with Alan for over 5 years. He has taken care of renovations and maintenance of my properties (and in my own house!) in a professional and high quality fashion. This is a contractor that takes the time to understand my needs and proved to have a high degree of adaptability in front of last minute changes, or last minute service calls.

We have used Lightfoot Contracting for several projects over the past 10 years and on every job we’ve been happy with the results. Alan and his crew are always thorough, responsive and accommodating. Alan is knowledgeable, makes helpful suggestions along the way and his prices are very fair. I recommend Lightfoot Contracting without hesitation.

They were wonderful, they did what I wanted them to do.

HE KEPT MY MONEY AND DIDN'T DO THE SERVICES HE SAID HE WOULD DO. I even took him to court and he didn't pay as the court ordered him to do. HE'S A DEADBEAT!!!!

Lightfoot was recommended by a friend. I saw the work Lightfoot Contractors did on her kitchen, and it seemed good. When she gave me Alan's contact information, she warned me that he is kind of a flake. I immediately sensed what she meant. I left several messages before he called back. Then I was out of touch for a while (having a baby). After a few more calls to him, several with no calls back, we finally arranged for him to come and give an estimate for the work. He spent about ten minutes with me, then told me he'd get me a proposal hopefully within a week or so. I never heard back from him. I waited over two weeks, with winter weather approaching. Finally I reached him again & explained who I was. He said, "Oh, yeah. You're one of the people I've been meaning to call to say I wouldn't be able to get to your project for several weeks, which might bring us into bad weather." When I asked what he estimated the project would cost, he clearly just pulled a number out of the air.

Started the job. Got money to start and wouldn't come for months. Gave picture of bathroom tile and how it was to be laid. Didn't pick up at all like it was to be laid. He didn't remove a pipe from the roof, so water leaked in, soaked the insulation and left a water stain on the ceiling. I would never recommend him to anybody. I really trusted the guy. A true rip off.
