+ -1 moreIn this day and age, it amazes me that service providers don't return phone calls. I first contacted JT Falcone and was told by the answering service that it would take a few days to receive a call back. I waited a week and called again. The answering service took my message and here I sit three days later with still no response. My motto is "he/she who returns my calls promptly gets the business".
Description of Work: Requested quote for paving / repair of 2500 sq ft driveway but moved on to another service provider due to failure to respond to calls.

+ -1 moreTwo phone calls went unreturned. If they can't to do the job because they are too busy or whatever, at least have the courtesy to return my phone calls to say that.

+ -1 moreMike did a good job for us. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for the price he quoted. Mike even made sure to jog the driveway out a little bit so that it would line up with the gate to the back door.
Description of Work: Expanded driveway to add additional parking spot and sealed new and existing asphalt to look uniform.

+ -1 moreThey did awesome work! They are hard working people and I was very pleased with them. He is well known in the neighborhood and very personable. He has done three or four other homes in my neighborhood as well.
Description of Work: They tore up my old driveway and installed a new asphalt one that is about 30 feet long. Then I had them add some asphalt in a little place in front of my house to park one car. He also came back a week later on a Sunday morning to seal it.
