Description of Work: First Class Roofing was nearly impossible to contact. First, their voicemail was full and so I couldn't leave a message. After several repeated attempts, I was finally able to leave voicemail messages (I left 3 messages). Eventually, someone returned my call to say that they were too busy to perform the promised services. I was STILL charged for the service that was never rendered.

Description of Work: We purchased a special through Angie's list February 7. We had sent three dates for him to come by to take a look at what we wanted done per the coupon. He could not make any of the dates we sent on the form as directed. So we set up 2 more appointments which he called and canceled the same day/time as the appointments. when we expressed an interest in a broader project his quote was Very high. We have asked for a refund of the $299 (for snow and ice-dam removal). Have not yet received it, but our last contact was just last week. Very disappointed. I think he took on more than he could handle.

Description of Work: Coleman Joyce honest, polite, and very helpful by telling us straight up that he had too much work to do that he couldn't service us. Other, less reputable service providers might have strung us along, but he did not.

Description of Work: I spoke with the son Andrew originally; later the father Coleman called and said that they couldn't do it for that price. I had to seek out other people to do the job. They wanted to charge me $1800, instead of honoring the coupon. I feel as though they were trying to make more money off of it. I asked for an email with the quote in writing. They never sent it to me. It was an emergency situation; I needed the roof cleared, since the ceiling was leaking. They were trying to take advantage of the situation.
