Mr. McLean was responsive to my unusual scheduling needs (a preoffer inspection, thus short notice), thorough, knowledgeable, and on-site was extremely courteous to the elderly sellers (one of whom was a retired contractor, and both of whom were present during the inspection). His report was detailed and thorough, extremely helpful in negotiating a sales price for the property and subsequently in guiding pre-move-in work. Mr. McLean had been recommended to me by a professional colleague, and I have since recommended him to others. I would use him again without question; it was a pleasure to work with him.
