+ -1 moreI liked him a lot; he was easy to work with and was a good guy. He wrote up some plans for us and they were exactly the way we wanted them. He came out to meet with us and it was a good experience. Given the overall price of the project it was very cheap. He is a certified engineer so the quality of work was good. He was very good but there were certainly delays.
Description of Work: I used Design By Sami to do some architectural plans.

+ -1 moreOur experience wish Sami was great. We were referred to him by our builder. He came out and met with us to go over what we wanted. We live in a fairly old house, and as he walked through it with me he gave me some advice on several structural issues we were having. We then corresponded over email through several revisions of the plans. He came back out when they were completed. He worked with our surveyor to produce a land plot for a zoning issue we were having. He was easy to communicate with. Fairly simple transactions, but everything went well and we would certainly use him again.
Description of Work: Sami produced framing/blue print plans for our home for a new deck, new bathroom addition, and rebuild of an enclosed porch. He measured the interior of the house, worked through several drafts of what we were looking for, and produced official plans which we sent to our builder and the city building inspector.
