Description of Work: They were fine for providing basic septic services, but when our control panel failed they took forever figuring out a solution. We had to contact them repeatedly for updates over a period of several weeks.

+ -1 moreScheduling was easy. They did call the morning of the appointment to say that they had to push back the time an hour. The truck showed up at the new time. The crew was pleasant and did the work without a problem. Gave a report on the system and a recommendation on scheduling the next service. Didn't try to up-sell anything. Would use again.

Description of Work: BIG was very prompt in coming out to estimate the job and then actually presenting a bid--roughly a week faster than anyone else. Their bid was one of the lowest we received but their work was superb, they were consideerate and responded to discussions. The job ran over the estimate due to extra quantities of porous sand being needed but that probably would have driven up everyone else's final charges too. Very corteous people. I would use them again for other projects.

+ -1 moreI have a FAST system, the water was yellow-ish, filter was clogged twice in a month. they ask me to pump the tank. I called BIG for the pump job, they come second day on time. very nice, easy to working with. Know what they are doing. use water hose to clean bottom of the septic tank. pump both of septic tank and pumping tank, 1500 gl total. finished the job in 30 min or less. I like what they did, will use them again next time.
Description of Work: pump both of septic tank and pumping tank, 1500 gl total. $240 + $50 1000gl septic tank + 500 gl pumping tank.

When I called the other day, they weren't able to come in for a service but they were willing to give me information. Their treatment is perfect and very effective. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are just great.
