+ 0 moreWhile there was some delay in getting started, we all understood that timing was not critical. They completed the jobs as proposed, were neat and thorough and courteous to my wife and I, and the cost was as estimated.
Description of Work: Paul and the crew cut trees, cleared brush, prepped the lawn for summer, and built a brick walkway.

+ -1 moreI have been using American Property Maintenance for twelve years now. They are reliable and affordable. They are very professional too. They are very creative in their landscape designs. They will also refer you to people who build patios and decking. I get billed once a year as it works for me. I am not sure if they bill the others in the same pattern.
Description of Work: I use American Property Maintenance for landscaping. They do property maintenance, landscape design and all types of lawn care. They also do hardscaping and they do softscapes. The person from American Property Maintenance has also put in stone patios for me. He does everything. He comes out once a week and mows the lawn. He does pre-fall maintenance; he cuts down all the summer perennials, trims the bushes and garden’s edge.
