They did a fantastic job of installing French drains, sump pumps and waterproofing our basement - and it's guaranteed for the life of the structure. They were extremely fast and reliable! The sales rep Christian was very nice and explained all of our options as well as answered all of the questions that we had. The had multiple options when it came to financing and were able to install the entire system two days after! The crew that came out to install the system were great! The foreman Jay was very knowledgeable and friendly along with the entire crew. They were also very neat with all of their work and left the entire room very clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing in their basements.

I had 3 companies come out and give me an estimate. One company told me they wouldn't epoxy cracks unless i installed complete system in basement. Even mentioned radon as a potential issue. Rich from Busydog set my mind at ease gave me 3 options all with a guarantee. Job completed, its been raining here for 2 weeks and there is no water in my basement

I had the busy dog sump pump installed which looks nice. The installation was done well, they called in extra help when needed to finish the project. The sump pump is very quiet but is proprietary so maintenance will have to be done by their company.

From start to finish, my experience with Basement Technologies was excellent. I was worried that due to the large size of my basement that the project could take forever. They started early Monday morning and worked two extremely long days until it was finished on Tuesday night. I thought it would take at least a week. They left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived and have followed up periodically since completion. I couldn't be happier.

I've used them in two other homes and was pleased with the jobs. This last job was different. They eventually fixed the problems from their installation but I had to call and complain three times. The caliber of the workers was not what I was used to, however, the management made good on the fixes so I would call them again.

the product and the technicians who installed it were fine. the estimate was wrong and i have been trying to get a refund for the 11 unnecessary feet for product and labor. i have spoken to 4 or 5 people who have been rude, talked over me, didn't return calls and have been NO help. next i complain to the BBB and attorney general. horrible customer service.
