The technician ran almost two hours late; however, the office called multiple times to keep me posted as to when he would arrive. That really boosted the Company in my eyes! Delay was because of previous two jobs for which the clients had underestimated necessary work. Work was done quickly & efficiently. Only fault I found was that wished dryer connection had been retaped with new tape more securely. I would recommend this company.

The gentleman who showed up was great, but what I was told would be done and what was done were 2 different things. He used a shop vac, hose only 6 feet long. Duckwork was missed. He was not going to use the rotor brush or anti-mold spray until asked. When he did, he wiped out one section and the rag was black. Not a thorough cleaning.

Personable, knowledgeable young men. Showed up on time They explained everything they were doing. Were respectful of my property. Left my vents and everything around them nice and clean. Top notch team! The office folks were great too. Easy scheduling of appointment and follow up call when finished. i would highly recommend!

I called BusyDog to get help from our basement pump unit on a Monday, and got a service call for Thursday. They were very efficient and showed up on time. Techs are always great, and they followed up with me by phone right after the appointment. The customer service people were very courteous and helpful too--overall a great experience! I would highly recommend this company for any basement/water issues you might have. Great company!!!!

I was told Busy Dog had a crew working nearby, and they would come to my location when they finished the job at that site. When the crew arrived, It consisted of one person. I found myself helping the tech remove and reattach the vent covers. Also, the job was to include a spray for the vents to eliminate dust mites etc. The tech said they were out of this spray, but they would do it when they some more spray in. We will see what happens.

My original inquiry was responded to quickly and professionally. Gene arrived on time and was respectful and knowledgeable. He was thorough and hardworking. I would recommend to friends.

Their system has eliminated a significant wetness problem that enabled us to finish our basement and utilize an additional 1400 square feet for living activities.
