Arrived late. No call. Work was OK, they were in a big rush to finish.

They came out to do the work and everything started great. The person who came out to perform the initial site investigation was friendly and the workers who came the first day were friendly. The work took longer than they anticipated which is okay. The main issue was with the quality of the second day of work. One of the workers left the place a mess and they had to call back a second worker to clean up his mess the following day. They had to come back a third day to encapsulate the mold. The headache of having to schedule different days and having to do the numerous callbacks seemed disproportionate to the size of the job.

Clean up was great, they explained the process, friendly. I would have liked to see what was in the ducts, maybe a camera sent thru.

Quick, on-schedule, price as quoted. Highly recommend.

They did the job (dryer vent cleaning in my condo unit and my upstairs neighbor's for less than half what our downstairs neighbor paid. They were cheerful, courteous, efficient, and on time, and seem to have done a great job.

this is the contractor from hell ! the call to the service dept always no answers, left messages with no call back. worst of all, half way of the job they refuse to came back. left several feet of teaches there, half covered stone area unfinished. this contractor is the nightmare for every home owner.

The entire staff--from Customer Service to the Technologists were attentive to my needs, were always prompt, and were always very courteous.

Great experience through the whole process, the estimator and the installation crew were top notch. The price was very competitive, saving me over two thousand dollars from another top quality company for the same design.

THe actual guy who did the service was fantastic. However, he said that we could have done with out the service when we realize the amount of time it would take (he was here 10 mins). Not his fault. I feel this is a company that over promises and expects the techs to deliver when sometimes they may be unable to do so. I won't use them again since I now know that we really do not need them.

The guys showed up one hour earyler than what I had agreed on, they got the job done in an efficient time, however the gun they use to spray the sealant that had taken apart outside and had sprayed it on my neighbors home. I had submitted pictures but no response. Then I called and texted the pictures to them the guy who worked on my home came to see the damage done to my neighbors home. But I haven't heard from John sense the job has ended. All I want is their insurance so we can put in a clam as I also have paint on the front of my home.
