They came promptly on the first day that I requested their services. They were unable to place dryers in my basement due to be worried that there may be additional water entering the space. They came the next day and were able to place the dryers. The technicians were helpful and courteous.

Had an appointment anywhere from 1-3 pm and did not show up until 5:30pm with out a phone call. Felt like he was trying to sell me things I did not need. Very knowledgeable but not communicating with me. Person who installed system was great but himself was irritated with how he has being treated by company. Office management was not communicating well with the professionals.

I was contacted frequently with updates on scheduling, and upon arrival to start. Job was done very quickly. Everyone I dealt with we're very professional and friendly.

Water damage!! Booked online through home advisor for 3/5 but called to see if they had earlier availability. They came same day 3/3!

Busy dog basment technologies worked really fast from the time we called to get a quote to installation. We haven’t seen a drip of water since they were here! They did awesome work!

Did not get much for your money. Not very care to be neat. I needed to clean all around every vent and retighten every screw I would not want them doing any other work in my house. In spite of that the tech was very nice personally. It seemed as though it was a last minute job for him although I had an appointment scheduled.

They arrived without giving us notice. Then the cracked and severely damaged our master bedroom ceiling. They said that it will take 2weeks to come and evaluate the damage.

Even though it turned out that I did not need them (my mold problem was very small) he still took the time to explain possible solutions. I appreciated his time and would assume the same level of customer service would be present had I hired him. I will use him in the future if ever needed.

Our basement flooded on and off from October to November, 2018. We were sucking up water every 2-4 hours for weeks not knowing where this water was coming from. These folks came out to look at our mess, quoted the job, and came back the day after Thanksgiving thru the weekend to work on our basement. They jackhammered the floor around the entire room, laid piping, installed two pumps, installed piping outside for the discharge, and repoured the cement floor. The guys were professional, treated our home with respect, and cleaned up after themselves. Fast forward a few weeks and the discharge pipe area collapsed outside. It didn't seem a big deal since the water was still flowing away from the house. Ground's frozen and lots of snow so they set up a March 12 appointment to fix this. February 12 we were having a problem with the pump constantly running with constant alarm tone. The collapsed hole outside is now a pond backfilling against the foundation. They came back out on the 13th first thing to check it out. Pipe was broken and frozen, water had nowhere to go and was backfilling. He dug up the pipe, relaid pipe on top of the ground directing water back where it was supposed to go, confirmed pumps and backup battery were working. Long story short yes we have a mess outside but they responded quickly and fixed the immediate problem we had until the permanent fix scheduled for March 12 . It's unfortunate the pipe split and later froze, the tech did say he'd never seen that happen. I would highly recommend this company. They helped us deal with a very stressful situation and gave us our home back. Any problem we had was dealt with professionally by their service department in a timely manner. Very good with the work side of things, but felt they were a little expensive. Overall, very happy

They were excellent. Came out for an Estimate right away and the work was completed a week later.

They call immediately, and arrived in less than 2 hours, work was done in about an hour and great job. Thank you.

Good on front end- that's the 2 stars. Poor communication in the office, and took a while to schedule. Work quality was good, but stay on top of them to get scheduled and be there during install to ensure that you know of any changes to project scope, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Busydog Basement Technologies quickly resolved a very bad leakage problem in the basement of my new house. It is rather expensive but since they remedied the basement, I haven't had one drop of water, even with heavy rains!

Busy Dog /Work Dog completed the work list we created with them. The technician Devon was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He should teach a class on customer service. He answered all our questions. Also Holly who I talked to on the phone was very courteous as well. Hope you get to deal with both of them.
