My experience was terrible, it started off nice. We were having water in our basement their salesman Ed came out and sold us a system for almost $12,000. They told us that we were guaranteed a dry basement with a lifetime warranty. We gave them a deposit for the job they came out and installed their system. Once they were done they demanded payment which I was not comfortable paying because my basement still had pockets and pools of water. For two weeks they made small recommendations which we did and although things got a little better we still had water in the basement. They ended up sending a technician to the house today who now claimed that the system is working and that they need payment today! He followed that up with a solution for an additional $4,000 which was major surprise for me. Their tech became very aggressive and aggravated. Then hangs up on me and says he s ripping the system out of the house. I ended up having to call the police to get him to leave. These guys were unprofessional and too eager to get paid. I was willing to take their final recommendations into consideration but wanted to negotiate a better price or have another company provide that service. If the basement dried up I would have, then, felt comfortable and made the final payment. BEWARE OF BUSY DOG! Also, I had to pull my house listing off the market due to this and these guys are now costing me thousands of dollars!

I had a problem dampness seeping up through my cellar floor. Busydog installed an in-floor system and added dehumidifier and the problem started fixing itself almost immediately. There was an issue with the dehumidifier not being installed high enough to ensure proper flow of the water being pulled out of the air, resulting in a puddle on the floor. However, the company sent someone out that day to fix the problem. Since then my basement has been much cooler and drier and I'm very happy with the work.

Work was quick, efficient, and expertly provided. They were done and cleaned up after themselves. Would gladly use them again and recommend anyone else to use them.

They seemed professional. We will see if what they did works.

Busy dog makes a good product, but my sales rep was not clear, did not measure correctly and threw his install team under the bus when they questioned what he had specified. I had stripped the carpet and wall in preparation for the installation, and the installation did not allow me to put the room back together without hiring another contractor to work around what they did. The sales rep did not order enough pipe to route the water all the way out, and so it currently comes out halfway under my barn!!! I called busy dog to complain and they said they would fix it, but I have not heard back from them again.

New garage floor: The result was everything I had hoped for; I’m sorry I didn’t do it sooner. New users should note that wet or humid weather will delay the project, but that’s to ensure a good outcome.

After spending $5,700 still have about 50%of the problem I started with, and them telling me how I can fix if myself.

Not professional! 20-30 yr old workers with no intelligence or skill. Also, deputed me into buying extras I didn't need. Never received the product I signed up for (out of stock still)! Only positive was the salesman.

Be very leery of this company. Their estimate is not what the job will cost. When the estimate more than doubled from the original quote, I cancelled the order . The person who gave me the original quote, refused to speak with me about the problem and hung up on me . I then asked for a refund of my deposit , I had to have Home Adviser contact the company and had to wait 5 weeks for my refund . During that time I was told 3 times that the refund check had been mailed ! It wasn't sent for over a month .
