We used TLC for a traditional hardwood floor installation, in our home. Thang is a awesome person to work with. He is friendly, honest and professional. The quality of his work is one of a kind and he does most of the work himself. We could not be any more satisfied with the craftsmanship on the completed job. I highly recommend TLC Flooring. This is the only company I would use or recommend.

Thang gave us an estimate over a year ago, and remained faithful to it, adding only a small amount for additional tiling work on the front of the tub that we had not originally specified. When we finally called and said we wanted to go ahead, it took less than 2 weeks for Thang to schedule it. The work was done in 2.5 days, mostly by his crew, with regular supervision by Thang, all of whom were pleasant and professional throughout the job. They found problems with the strapping behind the tub, and repaired and replaced it. They also installed the wonderboard on the lip of the tub, rather than next to it as was originally done, and added clay weatherstripping to the seam, before replacing the tile. Thang says that if it *ever* leaks again, we should call him! He also showed us how he carefully placed tiles to allow access to the whirlpool motor, should that be necessary. They added reinforcements behind the wall and installed grab bars into them. There is only small flaw, which is that the grout in the last few tiles is slightly darker than in the rest of the walls. The new tile looks stunning.
