One word - FANTASTIC! We recently had a SunSetter awning installed by Sunspaces. From the first contact to the installation, we were very impressed! The sales process was very quick. Zach came to our home, showed us the different options and provided us pricing on the spot. There was a little pressure to sign up that day in the form of an extended warranty. Zach did mention that under Mass law we had the ability to cancel within 3 days with no cost to us so that made us more comfortable. The awning was shipped directly to our home due to the size. Zach met the delivery truck and made sure it was put in the correct place. They came back and installed it a couple days later and everything went well. We love our new awning.

This company should be ashamed at how it practices business. I called and scheduled an appointment for an awning estimate and was able to get an appointment in the next couple days. We were given a thirty minute time window for arrival. Once the 30 minutes passed, we received a phone call that they would be 30 minutes late at most. Annoying, but I'm reasonable and understand companies are busy. 40 minutes later, I called the office asking where they were. I was told they couldn't find my house although it is on main street and easily located (no one has ever had a problem finding it). The driver was supposed to call for directions, however, I received a call from the office again 5 minutes later that because they couldn't locate my home, they had already proceeded to their next appointment, skipping us. After sitting around for almost an hour and a half, they didn't even show up. They took time away from my family and I would recommend using somebody else. I didn't even receive an apology.
