Description of Work: Put on new roof, gutters, soffit vents and a new solar powered skylight. The work done on my home was excellent. From the very beginning I was impressed. When Dan Burke came to give a quote he actually put up a ladder and checked the roof. He answered any question I had and was very knowledgeable. The work was done in a reasonable time from when I contracted Ralph Burke Roofing to do the job. The work was done expertly, efficiently and quickly. Everything was left in perfect order; all debris was removed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ralph Burke Roofing.

Dennis Burke did an inspection of my roof,discovered a few issues and scheduled an appointment to do the work. They were prompt and professional. Since the repair we have had some heavy tropical downpours and no leaks.They fixed my problem the first time and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. |This was my first time using Angie's list and it has exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to get to our house to do an assessment (on a Saturday morning) and they were able to install the gutter the very next week. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had our roof and gutters replaced. Considering how messy the work was, I was very impressed that our landscaping suffered minimal impact. The crew kept noise to a minimum, was mindful of the neighbor's property, and worked in an orderly manner for the most part. The job took two days to complete and clean-up was adequate; there were a few instances where I found debris that was left behind. There was an issue with the final invoice total; Dan and Ralph worked diligently to resolve the matter to my full satisfaction.

Description of Work: I called the company for an analysis of my 18 year old roof. It is getting near the end of its life and has a lot of moss growing on it and I was expecting to have to replace it. When I called they scheduled me for an appointment right away. Ralph Burke himself came and inspected my roof. He gave me a totally honest assessment and concluded that I had several years of life left on the roof and did not need any work done now. I am definitely calling him when the time comes for a replacement in a few years.

Description of Work: Requested quote for new gutters and downspouts. My house is fairly long, but the install would be straightforward. Estimate was for $3200, which is 2X (or more) of other quotes. I will say the contact experience was good and professional, and they showed up on time. I like this company, and I would use them, but the price was just too much so I went with someone else.I also had contacted them in the past about a new roof, and again they were the highest by over $1000 vs. the next highest estimate.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof which was ruining the plaster ceiling in the kitchen. Ralph quickly recognized two problems: faulty work by a previous roofer and cracked clapboards. He described in detail what the causes were and what he would do to fix them. The work was accomplished promptly and professionally. The leak is fixed and we were able to have the ceiling replastered (for a recommendation re: the plasterer, visit Liberty Plastering) Ralph also did some repair work on our patio overhang and on the roof of our church. Great guy and great work.

Description of Work: They scheduled an estimate on a Friday afternoon and called to cancel just prior to coming, because it was too hot out. We have made 2 more attempts to schedule an estimate. They were to come on a Monday, I called, and she said we have you scheduled, but I thought it was done on Friday or Saturday. She was then going to call me right back to let me know but (guess what) she never called back. They do not seem very dependable.
