+ -1 moreChris Mirasolo removed our old "deck" and installed a new enclosed screen porch, along with siding the entire house. He help us pick out the color for the house and the shutters. Chris is very conscientious and will correct any issue that your not happy with. A year after installing the new screen porch I called him because some of the washers used to hold the barrier board (prevent children from falling against the screen) had rusted. He immediatley came over and replace the washers with stainless steel washers. I've since had him re-roof my home, put in a sky light, new new main entrance door, a small "half moon window" in our dining room, and finally an new 5 section Bay window in the living room. Alll work was done very professionally and I've not had any problems other than that which I mentioned above.

+ 4 moreI would say that Chris was extremely responsive. He explained everything that was going to be done. He made sure that I understood the process of the work. It took them a month to get the bathroom completed. The quality of the work was excellent. We had to wait on some inspections.
Description of Work: They completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs. They installed a skylight, bathtub, sink, toilet. They insulated, sheet rocked and installed a new vanity. They built a radiator cover to match. They also did trim. They did a couple of other odd jobs.
