Metro Paving

Metro Paving was the best decision I made when choosing who would enlarge and replace my driveway. The entire crew was amazing, led by Don, the owner. He was like a magician in the bobcat. It was amazing to watch him take an old and huge tree stump out of the ground. He must have spent at least an additional 30-45 minutes to get it out of the ground. Most contractors would have paved over it, but not Don. The driveway looks and functions amazing. We had torrential rain two weeks after the new driveway was installed and the rain ran off the driveway perfectly! It was a pleasure working with Metro Paving and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The price was very fair.

The work was excellent. They were very hard workers, courteous and punctual in everything they did. Pricing was very fair. We especially appreciated the fact that when they went to pull the permits in June they learned that Lynnfield would be repaving our street and recommended that we wait until that was complete and rescheduled us to Sep. Quality of the finished work is excellent.

Don and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and did not waste a minute getting to work. The driveway turned out exactly as I had hoped. If needed, I would definitely hire again.

They were excellent!!!!! Don did everything that he agreed to do, and more!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Even the rain on Wednesday did not deter them from digging and preparing the necessary areas.

Excellent! Don and his crew did an awesome job in the timeframe he gave me. They removed the old concrete, prepared the area for the blacktop and poured it down beautifully. Very clean and professional work. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Metro Paving to anyone.

Couldn't be any happier. This was our second time hiring Metro, gave a price instantly, (last fall), called in the spring as promised to set up the appointment. Job done when promised and as promised. Nice family business, and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to family and friends

The vendor did a great job. They came early and stayed late. They wanted to do a great job.

Fabulous. They responded to my call immediately and Don came out to give us an estimate very quickly. When heavy rain was predicted for the day of work, they were able to fit me in one day earlier (we had what they considered a small job). The driveway looks great and I have already passed on their name to friends and neighbors.

Metro did a great job on our driveways. Their prices were very reasonable. They were able to do both in one day, and even filled in some of the unsafe cracks in the cement sidewalk for no additional charge. We are very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend Metro.

I left a voice mail message on March 4th to inquire if Metro Paving does work in Concord. They called me back on Tuesday March 8 to tell me they did not. While I appreciate the courtesy call, I did not appreciate the time at which they called - 5:50 a.m.! My wife suffers from migraine headaches, and the shock of being awakened at 5:50 a.m. triggered one for her. She is now in bed with the curtains drawn and will likely miss work today. IN THE FUTURE, PLEASE CALL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

Job went great. We contacted Metro Paving in the Spring and at that time they gave me an appointment for early October. Metro came on the day they told me they would in October. Job was completed in 1 day and the finished product is really nice and a huge improvement to our house. I had one small issue around my garage door that they came back and took care of quickly. I would recommend Metro to anyone but would warn you that you should expect to wait in order to get the job completed as their services are obviously in high demand.

My job was relatively small and not only were these guys were nice enough to fit me into their busy schedule they came in with the lowest of 3 quotes. Bob and Chris who did the work knew exactly what needed to be done and were efficient, courteous and professional. The job really looks great, bring on winter.

Don and his crew arrived at 7:00am and worked non-stop through Wednesday and into Thursday morning. It was a fairly big job, with an eight car driveway and walkway to the house being completely redone. The crew removed all the old asphalt, laid down and rolled a new fine rock base, paved the first coat of asphalt on Wednesday and paved the top coat of asphalt on Thursday morning. I had concerns about a curve in the old driveway, its width, and drainage in the walkway area. Don listened to all my concerns and confidently said that he would take care of everything. The cost estimate was so reasonable that I had the entire driveway straightened to almost three cars wide. After the driveway was completed, on a very rainy day I watched the rain draining perfectly down the driveway away from the garage doors and the entrance to the house. Don and his crew were totally professional, completing the job on time with a thorough cleanup as they worked. I would highly recommend Metro Paving.

Metro did a great job. Great team, went straight to work, wasted no time, surprised me by finishing in one day, and cleaned up worksite completely. The guys were pleasant and very responsive to our questions and requests. Driveway looks great. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Great Experience in all ways They were able to match my schedule and pave exactly where I wanted, including some odd angles around the flower beds. Price, Service, and quality of job were exactly what I hoped for. A year later, everything is still in great shape.

Don is such a nice guy and was extremely professional and quick to respond and to complete the work. I have had so many compliments on my new driveway. I called so many others and they either didn't respond or didn't come back with a quote. Don's price was great so I didn't bother with anyone else.

Don was right on time to provide an estimate. His price was good and the work provided was as he described. Don and his crew were professional, and there were no surprises or issues with the job.

Called several companies and quotes were higher and lower. Per Angies List this Co was rated high. I had Don come out for an estm and decided to use them. Don showed up with his employees who worked their a**** off were very professional and on time.Several hours later they removed the old, leveled it and applied and smoothed the driveway. Looks great! They did great work. Very responsive initially and Don quickly came out with a quote. I had to wait a little while to book them, and when I did I was given a date ~ 2.5 months out because they were busy. However, they called within a few weeks and scheduled me much sooner, which was great. They excavated, regraded and the added the driveway. I couldn't be more pleased.

I called on Wednesday 8/27, and Don came out on Saturday 8/30 at the arranged time to give me an written estimate, which was $500 less than another paver's and quot;minimum charge.and quot; Since it was a relatively small job he told me that rather than officially book it on his calendar (which was 3 months out at the time) he would use it as a and quot;day fillerand quot;: when he was expecting to do a job that would finish with a half day he would call to say he could come over to do ours with the remaining part of his day. And that he had no other small jobs pending so we would be next in line for that. He called Tuesday 9/2 to say he had a job in the next town over that he expected to finish the following morning - if so he would call before noon to say they were coming over, but couldn't guarantee it would happen. The next day he called at 10:30am to say they were on their way. The crew arrived at 11am. They dug out the lawn (and took away the soil), added a layer of crushed rock, trimmed the edge of the existing driveway to make a nice seam with the new part, added and rolled 2 layers of asphalt, used a bit left over to patch a pothole in the street which their equipment had made worse, and were done by 3:15pm. The remaining lawn on two sides of the new surface was not damaged. They did an excellent job - I would use them again.

They responded very quickly to my call and came out the next day to give me an estimate. Their services were very reasonably priced compared to other estimates that I had received and they even gave me the addresses of some other work they had done in my neighborhood. They had a good backlog of work when I told them that I wanted them to do the work, and I asked them to squeeze me in earlier if they had a cancellation. Sure enough they did have a cancellation, and they gave me a couple days notice that they'd be coming out early. They went over everything with me, including how long to stay off it, if any ongoing maintenance would be needed, etc. They finished the job in a single day as promised despite some very large rocks below the old driveway that needed to be removed. They cleaned up everything and they stopped by again that night to make sure I was happy with the work. They did a great job and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone else looking for any work to be done on their driveway.

Doing business with Metro Paving was a very pleasant experience. They were very responsive to our request for an estmate. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work in 1 day as promised.The finished product was top quality and the final cost was exactly as quoted on the estimate. It was refreshing to find a company in today's world to whom the terms Integrity and Quality still have meaning

Loved that they have a receptionist so I spoke with a person to arrange the appointment rather than just leaving a message. All quotes are done on the weekend as they pave during the week. Showed up on schedule for the quote and gave me a written quote. I asked for references and office called me the next business day with them. I spoke with two of the three people and got positive feedback. On the scheduled date the crew of 6 (all English speaking so no communication challenges) was on site at 7am. The owner was there all day working with them. Crew did a super job removing existing driveway, leveling it, putting down stone/stone-dust then two 1.5 inches layers of asphalt. They also had called dig safe well in advance of the job start date so no potential issues there. Overall I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Don and his crew are best. Arrived on time did more than I ever could have imagined. Cleaned my whole area of leaves and debris took out all the old asphalt . My driveway looks new and I love my new patio. His price is the best and lowest in this area.

Called for an estimate and came within 2 days. Gave a very competitive estimate and time line (which was about 3 weeks out due to the busy summer season). He came exactly 3 weeks later with a great crew and did the entire job in 6 hours. He adjusted the grade slightly to improve the end product. He puts down 2 layers of asphalt as promised. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. Use this company.
