Larry did a great job! He is very thorough , very patient to explain every detail to me. Even though the house is new construction, he still found out a bunch of problems. He is very helpful, I would recommend him to my friends.

Very pleased with Larry. I contacted 4 inspectors and Larry was most qualified (both in year's experience and degrees), responsive and personable. He was committed to his job and passionate about inspecting every detail. I learned that there are numerous issues the untrained eye never would have seen (chimney, basement sill, sunroom foundation) and was able to submit his report to GC's. I was most impressed by the retort itself. I got a 74 page, easy to read, report that broke down the property section by section, with corresponding photos included in each section of the report that had arrows when he was addressing specific details. Highly recommend Larry!

Larry was great and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a home inspection. He was very thorough, explained what he was looking for as he was going, what to look out for in the future, tips on maintaining the home, etc.

Larry was responsive, thorough, and very helpful throughout the entire home inspection process. My father in law has owned a lot of real estate and was present during the inspection. Larry did a great job as our home inspector. We were moving from a small condo to a much larger home that was built some time ago, and we put pressure on ourselves to get a well-done & through home inspection done. Lawrence was great. He let us know, in advance, what to expect on the day of the inspection. He was punctual and very thorough in his analysis of the house. He set proper expectations and helped educate us in how to rank our house. He was very prompt in returning a report, which was particularly important as we had an accelerated timeline.

Mr DiPietro arrived promptly at 8AM, and proceeded to spend close to 3 1/2 hours inspecting every aspect and inch of our home 2700 square ft. home. He was "all business, but with a smile." We found his critiques to be fair and had no argument with any of the issues he brought to our attention. And, his suggestions were very helpful. Larry was able to answer all questions leading up to the home inspection and was very thorough during the inspection, taking pictures and explaining a lot of the items as we continued. The detailed pictures and descriptions will also help to perform maintenance and keep the house in good working order well after the sales transaction is complete. His wealth of knowledge and experience was clearly evident and even our agent commented that it was a great experience to work with Larry.

Larry returned my initial call on a Sunday, Gave me same week schedule. Showed up early, in Lettered Truck, Professionally, easygoing, Knowledgeable, Kept light conversation going, Was very thorough, not rushed, pleasant, polite. Larry Correctly Identified Seller Broker and differential between parties. Larry had correct Ladders and made good judgement calls. I received a Complete breakdown of all deficiencies , attached photos, with recommendations in a report, with in 12 hrs of the inspection being completed. Mr. DiPietro was very knowledgeable and thorough. We spent almost 3 hours going over every little detail of the condo. By far the most detailed inspection I have had to date.

On the day of inspection, Larry showed up early so he could begin inspecting the exterior of the house before we arrived. Then inside, he changed his wet shoes to dry ones as to not get the house dirty. I thought that was very respectful. He has a tablet where he takes photos and makes notes and follows a strict methodology so he doesn't miss a thing. Those photos and detailed notes in the report were EXTREMELY helpful for requesting repairs from the sellers and for keeping track of what needs to get done. Larry spent 3 hours inspecting my 1639 sq. ft. house, without missing a crack. The report, complete with photos, precise notes, and advice for repair, was sent to me the very next day, and I went to pick up the radon test 3 days later and put it in the mail myself (additional UPS overnight fee of $30). The results were sent to Larry, and he emailed them to me. Overall, I was very satisfied with Larry's inspection and definitely recommend him as your upcoming home inspector.

Overall Larry was professional since the beginning, explaining himself and thoroughly made sure I was ok with everything being done. Step by step, from agreement contract, confirming via text and email, and during the inspection. He did, so well that I got my report within hours of inspection.
