 + -1 moreFrank did annual tune ups on the oil heating systems of my own house and the rental house. He was right on time for the appointments, working professionally. There was a problem with one of the systems that a heating zone didn't work well, Frank was able to fix it without charging a lot of money. I'll definitely use him again for any heating system related services.

 + -1 moreFrank is a pleasure to deal with. He showed up 30m early to my appointment and made sure that everything was operating properly with our Oil Steam Heat boiler before leaving. I have used many people to perform annual maintenance of our boiler in the past, but after finding Frank, I couldn't imagine having anyone else perform this annual maintenance for us.
Description of Work: Frank performed annual maintenance on our Oil Steam Heat Boiler. This included vacuuming out all of the soot, replacing the filter, replacing the nozzle and then making sure that the system ran properly. He was very careful to ensure that oil didn't end up on our floor and to make sure that the house smelled nice when he was done.

 + -1 moreFrank is a pleasure to work with. He always shows up when he says he is going to, he is responsive, and his services are reasonably priced. For oil burner maintenance and service, I highly recommend him. We have used him for the past few years and have had a great experience each time we have worked with him.
Description of Work: Frank removed and oil line in our basement floor so that the floor could be dug up as part of a basement renovation project. He then returned and performed an annual tune-up for our oil heating system and re-ran a new oil line.
