I scheduled to have a quote on boiler and HW tank replacement. The gentleman came out on the 1st to give me a quote. He was on time and informed. i was told to expect a written quote the following Monday (the 5th). I am writing now on the 27th, no quote. I called to follow up a few weeks ago and was given the cell phone number of the sales rep to call and follow up. No thanks. I am not chasing down someone who didn't follow through.

I have been very happy with them. We have a service contract with them. I have no way to compare the price.

Falite Brothers did an excellent job. We received estimates from several companies for our HVAC project. Falite was, by far, the best price and provided a high quality system. Once we agreed on the contract, Falite was extremely prompt in getting us on their schedule. The work was completed in a few days and, throughout the entire project, the entire crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. We would absolutely hire them again!

Arrived promptly, communicated well throughout the service. Worked quickly and thoroughly for the most part. The only issue I had is that there was some coolant that leaked after they checked the coolant level as being okay and I wasn't confident in how well they resealed the coolant. Given this service was done as part of closing and I vacated the home about 2 weeks later, I can only state that it *seemed* like my A/C was not delivering as good cooling as it did before the service or as it did years prior. That isn't much of a window to really know anything so I'm mostly giving them the benefit of the doubt and taking only a little bit off for the possibility that there was a coolant leak as a result of their check.

We originally scheduled them for an afternoon on a Monday. They came at 8 am unexpectedly. Apparently there was a scheduling mixup and they started at the wrong end. Then got a call saying they couldn't come that afternoon anyway and had to reschedule for later in the week. When they actually showed up the cleaning went fine.

They came in on time, did the diagnostics in a few minutes and determined that the fan motor in the outside compressor unit was not working anymore. They gave me a quote, found the part and came in to install it the next day - prior to the long weekend! No hassle - very professionally done. The only thing I had to do was call them a couple of times to see if they had found the part (which they said might be difficult to find in such short notice). The price seemed a bit high for me - but I did not have any other quotes to compare with, since no one else was even available to come look at the issue prior to the upcoming long weekend. Overall - we were very satisfied with their service.

Was extremely helpful and thorough: will definitely use again. Taught me things to help upkeep the furnace and provided advice regarding other plumbing aspect on the house.

Was punctual, professional and efficient. Feel ready and safe to turn on the heat for these cold nights!

Arrived on time, checked out the two outdoor condensers, cleaned filters.

Burning plastic smell came out from the air duct late one day, so we shut off the HVAC and called Falite the next morning. They send a technician out on the first day to assess the damage, gave me a run down on the potential cause of the burnt control board, and provided some rough idea on their plan of action. Came back couple days later, installed the new board, and check out the system before they left. Dispatch seems a little disorganized and is a bit slow on the callbacks. Sometime had to call back a couple times to check when I should expect the technicians. Price seems reasonable.

Falite Bros have done work on my very old furnace a few times over the past few years and each time they have been very polite and professional to deal with, on time, reliable, and all in all very easy to deal with. I don't currently have a contract with them for service but I am going to sign up for one going forward. I would recommend Falite Brothers

Jim Gato came by the house the day I called and sent me a quote by the following day. Although I ended up going with another company I appreciate Jim's quick response and overall professionalism.

On the first scheduled appointment, the technician arrived one hour after the appointment time so the service could not be performed. I understand that technicians run late/behind schedule but we were the FIRST appointment of the day! After rescheduling and then having to call the day prior to verify that they would be there ON TIME, they called 45 minutes after the scheduled time to say that no technician was coming due to a miscommunication!?!? For real??? I do not understand how a business can operate this poorly. I called to have my service contract fee refunded (of course you have to prepay for these things) and they said that they would issue me a refund check........but three weeks later and still have not seen it!!!! Do not use this company if you value your time and money.

I'll give them an A rating on everything. The installation was terrific. The service has been terrific. They're good people.

I have used Falite Bros a number of times over the past 5 years. Twice for duct cleaning/maintenance and once to trouble shoot and fix a leak problem. I have been very pleased with their service, pricing was reasonable and I will continue to use them.

One of the units works great, and the other one has never worked properly, since day one. I am not happy at all. Apparently, there was a leak and it was never repaired. The installation was done by a subcontractor, and he blamed Falite for the problem, and Falite blamed the Sub. The leak should have been fixed right away, and it was a very bad experience. The subcontractor also spilled a tray of water which stained the wallpaper, and he never offered to do anything about the damage. I would never use Falite again, and I would never recommend them.

We are very happy with Falite's work. They are prompt and very responsive.

They are always on time and I would recommend them to other people. I have been using them for a long time. We pay for the service yearly.

POOR EXPERIENCE AS THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT, AND NO EXPLANATION.

THEY TOLD ME THEIR HOURLY RATE, BUT IN THE END ADDED PARTS AND LABOR TOGETHER SO I WOULDN'T KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY HOURS THEY WERE CLAIMING. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY, BUT I FELT LIKE THEY TOOK THEIR TIME ACCOMPLISHING THE JOB.
