+ -1 moreWe had worked with Bill a number of years ago on 2 projects in our house and were very pleased with the services. We decided to call him to skim coat the walls in a bedroom we were renovating. We were assured the skim coat would be hard as a rock and we would not experience any cracks in the walls. Sadly, that was not the case. Within in short time, we discovered a long crack on one of the walls. We're not very happy about it. In addition, after the snow melted, we discovered the remnants of materials dumped in our back yard (basically the skim coat that was left in the bucket after the project was completed). It didn't harm the yard, however, we were left to clean it up.
Description of Work: Skim coat walls in a bedroom and repair small cracks in the ceiling.
