We hired Dan for the second time and weâ re very pleased once again. He installed two exterior doors and a storm door. Heâ s hard working, professional, dependable and did a great job with the installs and finished carpentry work. We would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

We hired Daniel to reposition a drainpipe and install a new gutter. In addition we had him install exterior shutters. We were extremely happy with the work done and would absolutely hire him again. He was professional, dependable and the quality of his work was great.

Dan replaced our side stairs with composite wood and a rail system. We are very pleased with the final product. The stairs are well made. Dan is an excellent carpenter, easy to work with, reliable and knowledgeable. We would definitely hire him again.

Dan is very easy to work with. He replaced the stairs of the deck for my rental property. The tenant is very satisfied with his work.

Dan did a great job doing an entire re-build of our front porch. He framed, decked (PVC) and built the railings. We are very pleased with the quality of his work. This is the second project Dan has done for us and we would highly recommend him.

Dan did an excellent job repairing sections of rotted sill plate and rim joist on our home. He was very responsive and was able to schedule our repair within a day of first seeing the work. We would definitely hire Dan again.

Dan did a fantastic job. He squared off the ripped-up drywall and insulation that a water remediation company had quickly ripped and run. He did this by hand cutting down on the dust that would have been kicked up by tools. He was very tidy and thorough. Paying attention to potential lead paint issues and testing before tearing up anything else in the house. He did an excellent job cutting out and replacing framing that had been damaged by carpenter ants and termites minimizing the collateral damage to the walls. I really appreciated his recommendations on other areas that I will need to repair like drywall, plaster and insulation. I will definitely hire Dan again for other work I need done around the house.
