Kevin was very responsive from the start. We were moving to a new home and wanted the home re-keyed. He arrived on time and went right to work. He re-keyed 4 doors. He was professional and efficient. The keys turn like butter, so smooth! Thanks!

Kevin was recommended by our new neighbor and definitely lived up to the billing. He first came by on a Thursday when movers and other service people were still filling the house. Kevin worked with me to assess our situation and determine the extent of work needed. He was very laid-back and super-professional, explaining different options and recommendations. Before Kevin did his work, our locks of course needed to be changed as we were new owners, but there were other imperfections -- for example, I could not lock the bottom lever lock first, and then the deadbolt, from the outside due to slight misalignment of the strike plates, and the bolts didn't have room to fully engage due to shallow depth in the depressions in the frame. And the keys were a bit sticky in the locks. I expected a somewhat difficult procedure and was glad to be proven wrong. Kevin came back the next day (again amidst the otherwise chaotic just-moved state of our house) and quite rapidly and efficiently set everything right. He fixed both doorjamb settings to properly engage, re-keyed all the locks, and smoothly got us all sorted. Kevin shared his work as he was finishing, having me engage and test the locks to feel the difference. The only thing smoother than Kevin is the locks themselves. They are simply buttery. Nice work.

Kevin did an excellent job! When I called I told him that I needed to have the work done that day. He said that he would try to fit me in because they had 9 other jobs and he did. He came on time and in the time window that I had asked for. I had 5 locks rekeyed and one replaced (the old one was about 70 years old) and he charged me $225 and I thought that was reasonable. This was the first time I have used the but will definately use them again.

They're very responsive. If you call with any kind of a problem they're out within same the day! It's just great place.

They charged $85 for the visit, and $100 for the lock. They were recommended by our real estate agent. They did a nice job. They showed up when they said they would.
