Description of Work: I found Automated Stereo through Angie's List. After getting clearly bad advice at BestBuy about a blown speaker in a 9 speaker system, I decided to drive by Automated. John knew immediately what I needed and installed two new Kenwoods within an hour for 1/2 the price quoted by BestBuy for the wrong item. Sounds great. Will be back

 + -1 moreI called to find out what they would recommend. I got John on the phone, and he was incredibly helpful. We talked about what I was looking for from my stereo, and he recommended an amplifier rather than replacing the main unit, which already had built-in navigation. I called back a few days later and arranged to go back the next day. He was very friendly, and the job was finished when he said it would be, and for the price he had quoted. The work was neat, and the sound was spectacular. He set it up so that I can easily add on a subwoofer at a later time (when I can afford it). If every transaction I had went as well as this, I would be an extremely happy man. John is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, honest, and punctual. There is literally nothing more that I could ask for. Except, maybe for free. Free would be good. But unless your amplifier fell off a truck, and your installer cousin owes you, you can't do better than this place.
Description of Work: Added a Kenwood amplifier to boost power from lame built-in stereo in my new Altima.

 + -1 morenext day and he had the paper work and everything ready to go. This was one of the best experiences I have had in years with anything to do with a car. John really runs a wonderful place and he really knows what he talking about. He didn't pressure us into buying anything extra. he just did a fabulous job getting the new speakers into the car. Nice man and a clean place. My brother was ecstatic to have speakers again in his car.
Description of Work: John the owner was the nicest and straight forward person. He gave us a price and it came out a little under. John was super professional and a very nice and cheerful man. We called to get some new speaker installed in my brother's car and we lucked out and got a same day appointment. We brought the car in he told us it would be ready in just a few hours. The car was done in a few hours, But I could not get there to pick the car up. I asked if I could leave the car over night and John said " absolutely" We came in the

 + -1 moreVery good experience. When I called to schedule an appointment, the owner John, said he was finishing another job ahead of schedule and could fit me in that afternoon. The service was exceptional and for a very reasonable price, much less than the local Toyota dealer. John was very pleasant, efficient, professional and knowledgable on the product and the installation. I will definitely return to him for future work and will recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Description of Work: After checking with local Ford dealers and getting a run around, I found Automated Stereos on Google, with excellent reviews. They replaced my factory radio/cd combo radio with a bluetooth enabled Kenwood, installed in less than an hour, and spent 15 minutes explaining the functions and programming. Excelent service and price, installed for $370, Ford dealerships wanted 2 hours labor just to look at it, and $200 to send it out for repair.
