 + -1 moreABC Wood Floors worked quickly and professionally. They removed layers of old wax and stain. There was water damage near a radiator that he was able to fill in and seal and I cannot even tell it where it was damaged. There was very little dust left after they finished.
Description of Work: Sanded, sealed, and poly'd approximately 1100 sq. feet of red oak hardwood. Removed carpet from stairs and sanded, sealed, and poly'd the treads.

 + -1 moreHe is a great guy. We've known him for a few years now. He does all our sanding for all of our properties. I haven't used anyone else in years.
Description of Work: He does all our sanding. They did a whole house it was 8 rooms. They also applied polyurethane.

 + -1 moreBogdan returned our initial call quickly and got back to us with a price in only a few days beating his closest competitor by $3000. He and his crew showed up on time each day, removed and disposed of the carpets & scraps as well as cleaned up each night. The workmanship was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We replaced the carpets on our second floor - 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs.

 + -1 moreIt is an open floor plan, and so he didn?t have to go through any doorways or anything. He did an awesome job on about 930 sq. ft. of floor. The price of $850 was a bargain. In about 3 days, they had the whole place done. When they were done, I could see my reflection on the floor. The floor was spotless - you would have sworn that it was a new floor. I was very impressed with their work. I can?t say enough good things about them. Even after a couple of years, the floors still look good - if the work is done well, the floors can last about 10 years. I would rate them highly, and would recommend them to anybody who wants to have their hardwood floors refinished.
Description of Work: I used ABC Wood Floor to refinish the hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room and living room.
