They came quickly and worked very efficiently and they were wonderful! Bruce was excellent.

They always do a great job. Anytime I've looked elsewhere, I've never been as pleased with the results. The only thing that bugs me a bit are his high prices. He's probably competitive, but he definitely charges top of the line.

The plumber (not Bob) took 2 hours to diagnose the cause of the leak, and Bob came over at one point to consult. Then they had to wait for the supply house to deliver the part. The work performed was fine, but because of the time involved, it was much more expensive that my friend had hoped it would be.

I have used them before and have been using them for years. I really like them. They are punctual and do quality work.

They are extremely responsive and come the same day. They send the same person every time and that helps because he knows about things more than others. They also clean everything after the work is done. They do a very good job and I am very happy with their quality of service.

At the last minute we discovered that the existing kitchen plumbing was not up to code. Lee Plumbing was available at short notice and was able to complete the project quickly. The installed plumbing works well.

I called several plumbers and got no answer. I tried Bob's cell and he picked up right away and was here in 20 minutes - as promised. He could not have been better or more professional. He fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent experience.

I have had multiple companies perform work on my radiators at great expense and with great drama. This was efficient, reasonably priced, and no nonsense. I have used them twice since the first visit in July 2008. I will continue to use them as my go-to plumbers.

They were fantastic. Bob came over, evaluated the job, and his staff quickly, efficiently, and professionally did the job. What was nice was that they added some real professional touches that improved the overall job and functionality of the repair. And they cleaned up as well.

My son was visiting this past weekend and announced Sunday morning that neither shower worked. (I take baths, so I didn't know.) Because my son was returning the next weekend for Passover, Monday at 8:30 I called Bob Lee. By 9:15 one of his men was here, and within an hour, both showers were working and I was educated about the quirkiness of one of them.

Lee's Plumbing was fabulous. I found out my toilet was leaking and potentially ruining the ceiling in our recently finished basement. I called first thing in the morning and Bob told me he could get someone here for the first appointment which was unbelievable. The gentleman who did the work was clean, thorough, and went beyond his actual work to check the basement ceiling below. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

I have used this company for several years now. They are friendly and hard working. I really trust them, if they say something is wrong, and then it really is. I think they are fair in the price and will continue to use them.

I was impressed with Lee's Plumbing & Heating Inc. The serviceman came when they said he would and he was very neat and professional. This company has very good customer service and they respond quickly. I felt that the price was very reasonable.

I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE FROM LEE'S PLUMBING AND THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY PROVIDE PROMPT SERVICE, ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM. THE COST SEEMS TO BE IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBERS.

They responded quickly but would not give me an estimate because of the lumpy nature of the projects; which was fine (and expected). Bob Lee was great; but only did some of the work. His employee was a little gruff, but lightened up over time. They did quality work in a relatively timely fashion, though were often constrained by parts that needed to be ordered. Overall I was very happy with their performance and trustworthiness and would recommend and use them in the future.

They are excellent. Bob is very smart, prompt both in scheduling appointments and then in keeping them, and very careful to check all work done by employees. Steve, who did the work both times, was conscientious, polite, very nice to my kids, and careful to clean up afterwards. They kept to the estimate both times and explained issues and options thoroughly when they arose. If we do renovation work as planned, we'll require our contractor to use them as a sub.

Plumber came within a few days of my call, was polite, competent and seemed efficient. The bill came promptly and seemed appropriate for the time.

We purchased a new refrigerator and they came out to replace the main filter in the house. They took the old filter and replaced the shut off valve as well. They were prompt. We've already called them to come back for another job. The approximate cost covered a few hours worth of work and the new filter and shut off valve.

Bob Lee answered the phone himself, and even though it was a busy time of year, got someone out to the house that afternoon. The plumber who came was thorough, explained everything, was timely and cleaned up after himself. He even helped me cut away a piece of carpet which was blocking air from circulating around the baseboard radiators.

HE IS EASY TO DEAL WITH, HONEST AND STAYS WITH IN THE PRICE QUOTE. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.
