Great job, showed up when scheduled and completed in one day.

We had a 500 square foot dog run that was impossible to grow grass in so we came to the conclusion that artificial turf would be our best option. We could not be more grateful that we stumbled upon IntelliTurf! Jeff and his crew worked LONG hours to transform our yard into doggy heaven. This has truly bettered our lives. Our yard was filled with big roots and I know it was a lot of work but they managed to finish in just one day and got the job done even earlier then the original date given. Thank you so much! Jeff was able to fit me in 3 weeks before the scheduled start date. He worked alongside his 4 man crew and all were hardworking, courteous with excellent teamwork. The mossy unsightly portion of the backyard was transformed into an inviting eye-pleasing area that will be a great playground for the grandchildren. After a very heavy rainfall , the drainage was excellent. Very happy with the results , will recommend Intelliturf to others.

The end result is great. There was a measuring issue, it is an odd-shaped space, but they handled it really well. Good communication, we did need to buy more material, but they made the trip from Boston to VT a second time at no extra charge, and didn't charge the time. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how they are handled that matters.

Intelliturf Project I was looking for a solution for the blank areaâ s between my raised beds. I was done with fighting weeds. I considered mulch, grass (from seed), sod, and various types of grown growth. All had disadvantages. I came across artificial turf on Home Advisor/Angieâ s List and was intrigued. Jefferey Lee, from IntelliTurf, came to my home to provide a free quote, showed me sections of turf, and listed all the advantages of artificial turf. We signed the contract. Jeff and the team did an exceptional job. They were meticulous with cuts around my garden beds. They also did a great job with the clean-up. I am extremely happy with the results, no more weeding between beds!

My experience with Jeff Lee and his team from IntelliTurf of New England was excellent from start to finish. Jeff reached out to me within an hour of listing my project on Home Advisor. I wanted to increase the grassy area of my small but lovely back yard to have more play area for my 6 grandchildren and less lawn maintenance. Jeff came out to view my project and provided me with design ideas, product samples, detailed product info and a written estimate within 24 hours. I had done my homework on IntelliTurf being a superior artificial turf product but my husband had not and was not as enthusiastic about the project as I was. Jeff returned and spent an hour explaining the difference between IntelliTurf and other artificial turf products as well as reviewing installation process. This is not an inexpensive project!! We decided to go ahead with the install and Jeff and his crew, once able to begin providing services during Covid Pandemic, completed our project in 5 days. Jeff is very hands on, supervising and working right along with his crew to assure customer satisfaction. His crew was excellent, skilled, friendly and professional all wearing masks and adhering to CDC guidelines. All were intent on us being completely satisfied with the result which we were. Overall, an excellent product and well run business. I worked with one of the principals, Jeff, and he was great to work with. Communicated well and was informative and courteous. Started and completed the job on time and budget. The cost was a bit high but it is a luxury item. After job cleanup was adequate for Friday evening before a holiday weekend but could have been a little more complete. Otherwise no issues and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to put in turf. Thank you.

Jeffrey and his team installed turf in our backyard. I absolutely love it! We had terrible grass that never grew well, was rocky, covered in weeds, got muddy from the pool, the kids toys constantly burnt the grass, etc. The turf is 100% zero maintenance and looks like perfection. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, listened closely to understand our desires and gave great advice. His team got the job done timely on a tight schedule, which I greatly appreciated. They were efficient and delivered high quality work. The only downfall is that it's pricey. I understand why, the quality is there but ouch. I have to say, we got a quote from another company that was significantly cheaper however, Jeff could get the job done faster and he simply seemed more knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.
