We couldn’t be happier that we got matched with Jeff and his Grass365 team for our turf project! Within minutes of submitting the request on Angi, Jeff called and got us on his calendar for a free in person consult. We felt so confident with his pricing, quality of turf, and promise to complete within 40 days that we decided to move forward with him that day. Our poolside turf project was completed in less than 10 days! His crew was so nice, professional, and worked quickly to get the job done in 1 day. We’ve been duped in the past by shady turf companies but Jeff and his team are the real deal! Our project came out beautifully and if we ever need any more turf installed, Jeff will be our guy.

I still canâ t believe I got this small project done by such a professional company and crew. I was embarrassed of requesting a quote because I felt the job was too small but Jeffrey the companyâ s owner came to my house and literally said â no job is too smallâ . I truly appreciated his effort and his communication was extraordinary as we waited for a little warmer weather to start job. His crew came the scheduled day and responded to every question I had and did a great job transforming a muddy mess to a small but useful space for my dogs to run and enjoy. Jeffrey and his crew were great to work with. A happy and efficient crew showed up at our home and were an absolute pleasure to have on site throughout our project. They truly love what they do and it was a lot of fun to watch them work and interact with eachother all the while providing a great product and flawless and professional install. They were cheerful, respectful and even nice to my dogs who they were installing the turf for. They came in under budget, finished exactly on time and communicated with us the whole way through. Jeffrey was easily accessible, answered texts or calls right away and has followed up with us after install to insure we are loving our new space. We had worked with another turf company in the past and they tried to overcharge us for their mistakes, they were rude, short with us and acted like they were doing us a favor by doing the job. And the quality of the turf was so poor it did not last, hence where Jeffrey and his crew came in to replace with beautiful turf. We may end up doing the front yard now and will definitely call Intelliturf back to do that job.

Awesome crew! Awesome product! Jeff personally oversaw the whole job and they were in and out in a day! Very professional and cleaned up the entire mess before leaving! Turf looks terrific and has really upgraded the look of the patio it now surrounds! Definitely will be hiring them back to finish up the rest of yard when the time comes.

Jeff’s crew did an excellent job, completed on time. They were prompt, respectful, and friendly. Most importantly, the synthetic grass looks great.

Worked with Jeff over the past three years to get artificial turf installed at my house in Boston. Due to my home situation and layout, it was a more difficult job and albeit more expensive than I originally thought. Jeff was more than happy to come out each time I requested an updated quote and was extremely helpful during my planning / budgeting process. I tried Sod for my yard twice but my German Shepard killed it. I figured I give this a try and it has been two weeks so far and I feel it is one of the best things I have done. We were extremely pleased with the customer service. We were able to get an installation date within a week of deposit, and the finished product is fantastic. The whole neighbor hood has come to see the turf!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Given that artificial turf is a huge investment, I thoroughly researched different companies, various turfs and obtained multiple proposals. Intelliturf was absolutely the best choice. Great product, reasonable price and outstanding installation. Jeffrey was incredible, very easy to work with. There was no tagging back and forth which is sometimes typical of working with contractors. He responded, scheduled an appointment, and provided a quote within days. The project was started and completed as promised. He contacted me at the end of the final day to be certain that everything was to my satisfaction and insisted that I reach out going forward with any issues that may arise. The whole endeavor was seamless. Great management, fantastic, hardworking crew and magnificent results. Gone are the days of an uneven, weed filled, muddy back yard. Looks awesome, feels great.. especially barefoot ! Highly recommend this company !!

I met Jeff, he was patient and showed us various turfs, listened to all my concerns and requests and guided us through the installation. We had our entire back yard turfed. At my request, he graded the land toward water drainage areas and listened to my concerns about underground electrical, gas, and sprinkler pipes. He was professional, patient, and careful. This was a lot of money - it was a large job. I am very happy to say it was an excellent investment. Our house is cleaner - no mud. Our back yard always looks great. I donâ t have to be concerned with mowing, fertilizing, or watering. Clean up after backyard parties, the dogs, even storms - is easy, Just hose or leaf blow! If you are thinking about converting to turf, call Jeff and meet with him. Think about the investment, but the minimum of ten years without any maintenance other than that mentioned above. A â no brainerâ !

Jeff and his people did a great job. They got most of the job done ahead of schedule and came back to finish up one small piece without inconveniencing me. Looks great. The area is small and gets a lot of use by dogs. All the people in our building love how its held up.
