Kaplan was great, he came to my apartment promptly upon finding a good time for an initial walkthrough. He was very thorough with explaining how all the wiring works, as well as my options for light switches, etc. He was clear and informative with the estimate, and did great installation work, showing me what he did at the end of the job. He even explained how a light was previously wired incorrectly and was the likely cause of a short circuit. I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for electrical work done by an honest electrician and true professional!
