+ -1 moreAndrey was amazing. He shows up faster than nearly anyone, always on time and very professional: any weather, any day of the week. It is exceptional. A lot of times when we hire these types of professionals there is always some level of skepticism on the value of their service. But not Andrey. He tries to fix everything as efficiently as possible with an eye on your bottom line and yet properly, for the long haul. He even tells you which part to order so you know exactly how much the parts cost (vs others where they give you one price and won't tell you the cost for labor vs parts). Most importantly, he tries to actually understand the root problem rather than some more general and likely more expensive fix. Really appreciate the transparency and also the exceptionally high level of service.
