Despite 3 treatments, weeds continued to grow as if no treatment was ever applied. Beds remained dry after treatment per instructions and no browning ever occurred. Staff came out and hand weeded one bed....weeds returned. Also buyer beware.....despite never receiving a verbal or written "OK" to do fertilizing after I received a quote, they went ahead and did the treatment anyway. Apparently they treat a lack of response as approval to do work and bill you. Not happy at all with the services received or my interactions with this company.

I had two problems with this company not showing up. One time it was to turn on my underground sprinklers so I needed to be home. I took time out of work and they never showed. Then they did a mosquito spray treatment that absolutely did not work. I called to complained and even emailed a photo of my daughter covered in mosquito bites. They won't even respond. Worse part is my husband paid them in full for the entire season so now I'm stuck. Never again. Stay away from this company.

I've had Turf Tech provide my lawn care service for the past few years. Throughout the period, the results have been mediocre at best. When I would call them because of weeds and dandelions problems, they would diligently pay another complimentary visit. (Also typically with mediocre results... except one time!) I'm the only one in my immediate neighborhood whom I know of that uses Turf Tech. Most are full lawn care service (mowing, fertilizing, weeding, etc.), DYIs or use Sea Scape. I also have the poorest looking lawn, constantly fighting weed problems and yellowing. But I'm a procrastinator with a black thumb and Turf Tech offers a reasonable price ($43 per application) so I was willing to continue figuring something was better than nothing. I'm sure I haven't called them enough and asked for a revisit to clear up the weeds as often as I needed to. But I have likely called them once or twice each year. This August they applied a granular application in pouring rain. It did nothing and the dandelions bloomed again. This time Turf Tech did not respond to my request for a revisit. And I just gave up and cancelled service. When first signing up, I was told by a salesperson that the service was billed individually and if I was unsatisfied, they would revisit and if still unsatisfied there would be no charge for those applications. After an email back-and-forth for several weeks, I was finally told by Turf Tech that was no longer their policy. I paid the $43.

Turf Technologies has been incredibly easy to deal with, prompt and professional. I highly recommend them to any homeowner looking to outsource the arduous task of fertilizing their lawn.

They are a good lawn service. They always contact me before they go ahead and do the service. I think they are very professional, friendly and organized. They are good about communicating especially on getting there when they say they will or letting me know if they have to rely. They are good at proposing discounts in the beginning of the season or offering discounts at the end of the season. I think the price is fair.

We like them and we have been using them every year. They are great and they are responsive.

We used their lawn care saervices before they sold this part of their business to TrueGreen. I had no issue with them them up until that point. Since they are now focusing on only landscaping, we wanted to use them to do a couple of small jobs around our 1 acre property. They absolutely refuse to call me back. I have called twice within the last month, but no one responds. Now that they can't get a grand in lawn service out of me annually, does that mean they are not interested in my business any more?

Turf Technologies had a competitive price and provided the most inclusive estimate out of the 5 contractors I talked to. All of the landscaping and installation of loam was done quickly and professionally it took approximately 2 days, the end product exceeded my expectations. The hydro-seeding was sub-contracted to another company who appeared to know what they were doing, they were in and out in less than 90 minutes.

They did landscaping work, but we just ended up with a very large amount of weeds after their services. We asked for all natural landscaping and it all turned out to be weeds. They were absolutely awful. I was so unsatisfied with their services. It took us a couple of years to get rid of all the weeds. They try every year to contact us for more services and we tell them everytime time to quit contacting us, but they will not listen.

TURF TECHNOLOGIES INC. is doing what they are supposed to do. The lawn looks great. The people seem to be nice.

The workers are very proffessional and polite. explain wat they are doing in deatial and come back if you are not happy. They have the best pricing around.

Spilled fertilizer on grass burning it. Treatments to prevent pests and infections on trees/shrubs did not work and trees and shrubs became infected with multiple diseases as well as pest infestations.

Overall, good. I have some trouble getting in touch with them (they take a day or two to return phone calls) but otherwise I am happy. One thing I like is they always call at least a day in advance before they apply a treatment. This give us time to clean up anything they may otherwise "go around" such as our birdie net.
