Had a piece of aluminum fascia come off my house during a storm. Shine Construction sent the foreman out the next day and he quoted the job, the crew showed up a couple days later made me a new fascia and installed it.

Manny was very responsive to all calls and questions. I received a detailed explanation of the work to be performed, the materials/products to be used and a detailed free estimate of the work. the team arrived on scheduled and replaced the roof within 1 day as expected. The team acted professionally and worked efficiently. There was no damage to house, yard or surrounding areas and the cleanup was spotless. I was very impressed with the work done and how well they cleanup after the job. I had one issue with the work, but the team and then Manny himself came out and walked me through and explained the situation and how the multiple layers of previous roofing caused a slight gap. the showed how the flashing was protecting the house and all was good. I would recommended Manny and his team to others and I would hire them again.

Manny was very responsive and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable price to re-roof a small house. He did me a favor by offering to remove the chimney and patch the roof, which I really appreciated. I stipulated a couple other items I wanted taken care of, and he took care of them no problem.
