Matt visited our home and provided me with a few estimates for various door options. He then invited us to come and see one of his current installations, which looked great. We decided on the door type we wanted and in about a week he had and installer named Jared installing the doors. Installation took the better part of a day because one of the door sections was made too short by the factory and they had to go and get a replacement panel. The installer was very professional, personable and did a great job. The doors look great and work very well. Prices were reasonable. Based on our experience we would definitely use this company again.

Matt was exactly on time for the appointment. He was very polite and courteous. He quickly found the problem was with a sensitivity setting on the motor. He made the necessary adjustment and the problem was found. He also gave me a quick lesson on things to watch out for with garage door opening systems. It turned out to be a quick 10 minute appointment, but he fixed a very annoying problem. Thanks Matt for your help - I will definitely call him for garage door maintenance in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone else that needs help with their garage doors.

It went absolutely phenomenal. The customer service, expertise and promptness are top notch. I would not recommend any other garage door specialist. Matt has exceeded my expectations and made me feel very comfortable especially not knowing much about garage door parts.

We used Mattadoor a few years ago to install a new home garage door and it couldn't have gone better. I wrote a review at that time. When it came time to replace a commercial garage door for our business we got two quotes and went with Matt again. Just as with the last job, Matt was the most responsive, had the best price (not by a lot but it helps), and was most pleasant to work with. The job was completed as scheduled. We've been referring Matt to other people we know and will be happy to continue to do so.

Mattadoor replaced my Garage door opener and did all the configuration and associated effort. His team is responsive to calls for follow-up services. We had him also later replace our garage doors.

I just called him based on him not showing up. He all but hung up on me and told me to "use someone else". VERY unprofessional. HUGE lie. Called him at 6:30. We had an appointment after 4 pm. Told me his grandfather was ill and he wasn't going to make it. He never called to tell me he wasn't coming. I was home from 3:30-6:30 waiting for him. If someone would make up this much of a story, I wouldn't trust him to perform work at my home. Sorry Angie's list feels he is a preferred vendor.

Great group of guys. The day they showed up, it was cold and snowing, but not a complaint to be heard. They were professional, hard working professionals, cleaned up afterward. In and out -- no issues!

Fantastic service on the part of the company. They came out and determined I didn't need a tune up so they told me I should cancel my purchase and just let them know if I need anything in the future.

Matt showed up ontime and replaced our rollers and lubricated the doors. It didn't seem to take him very long, but it's a handy service so we didn't mind spending the money

He lifted the door once, and told me it was a bad pulley that I could replace myself if I wanted. Which I did the next day, and problem solved!
