We were lucky enough to come across Rob and Mastercraft after a couple days of looking around for local businesses. After inquiring via HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Rob within the same hour and was able to get an on-site consultation within the same week. Rob and his team were transparent and informative from the get go and he was able to deliver a quote within 24 hours of the consult. We hired them for 2 jobs (indoor and outdoor) and they did outstanding work. The amount of work they were able to do with 2 people was incredible. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any water issues you may have.

Rob was very responsive, right from the start, answered all my questions promptly and kept me informed as to when they would be able to start my project. He worked with me to get the best solution to my problem. On the day of service, the worker was on time, introduced himself, and was friendly and professional. After the job was done, Rob showed me the workmanship. The area was neat and clean. I would definitely work with Mastercraft again.

Tom and Rob did an all around excellent job. Tom provided a fair estimate immediately upon making contact. They were polite, efficient, and very professional. My basement was flooded and when finished I had a new basement. Highly recommend Mastercraft.

They called us the next day and came right out and went over what they needed to do to repair the crack in our foundation. Within less than two weeks they came out and fixed it. Everything went so smooth. They were awesome and I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent work by Watercraft. Highly recommend! Workers showed up on time, worked quietly and swiftly and left no mess. The project included re-insulating a crawl space above an addition that was always cold. The work included encapsulating the crawl space and replacing the old insulation batting, Insulated rim joists, closed and insulated foundation vents, added insulation board on outside walls and a 10mil vapor barrier. Very neat and organized. Can feel the difference in house and room now that the crawl space has been encapsulated. Much warmer and forced hot air vents no longer blow cold air for the first few minutes.
