Service Not Done

They were quite good. They were prompt. They were reasonably priced and the quality of the work was good. It was an all around good experience.

We needed gutters on an early 19th century home with multiple additions. We received several estimates. The lowest estimate was a couple hundred dollars below Lesperance's estimate but was for a lighter gauge metal. We were told by that person that there was no need for the heavier gauge. We did enough research to know that was incorrect. We had a third estimate that was about 60% higher than the Lesperance price. The Lesperance stimate was received on the 12th of the month. We immediately gave the job to Lesperance. He and an employee arrived the morning of the 15th. They made and installed the gutters and downspouts. During the installation we asked Wayne to make a couple changes to the original layout plan. He agreed and gave us no grief about the changes. The job was completed that day and he left nothing for us to have to clean-up. The most tedious part of the entire guttering process for us was getting past the sales hype of the other two estimates. That was not a problem with Wayne Lesperance.
