John called me within 30 minutes of my request to Home Advisor and promptly arrived exactly when he said he would the following day. He did try very hard to resolve a problem with a new smart technology thermostat and made at least two calls to the thermostat company to troubleshoot the problem only to find that the device was not compactable with our system. He replaced the original thermostat and checked to make sure the furnace was working before he left. He was very methodical and respectful. Definitely will hire John again if we have another electrical need.

John was very courteous, on time, and focused. I will definitely have him come back to do some jobs I will be needing, When I connected on line to find someone, he called me back within minutes, and scheduled me for the next day. He wore a mask and disinfected his hands.
