FANTASTIC!!! THOROUGH!! TIMELY!! ON BUDGET!! NO SURPRISES!! Through Ed's familiarity of the varying regulations in districts throughout the entire region, he recognized that in my situation the job was to replace an existing septic system; NOT create an initial one. His professionalism saved novice me months of probable delay in eliminating board meeting necessary for entirely new system compliance. Ed guided me all through ALL THE STEPS OF the process, whether of paper or of gravel sizes, CLEARLY explaining what was needed and when. He did a beautiful job of returning my lawn to its flat state and even reseeding. I received the Title 5 certificate and the closing proceeded without further incident. I can't speak highly enough about this young man's capabilities!! Additionally, his pricing is VERY FAIR and highly competitive! I can't think of a reason that someone in need of excavation of any kind would not choose Excavating Solutions!! Ed's calm demeanor even prevailed (although it was understandably ruffled, but not a WHIT of what my reaction was!! !) over a buyer's real estate agent's downright dangerous behavior. Alone, and unannounced, this woman in heels inappropriately marched onto my property to ask the property owner's excavator (huh?) a question well before sale. DURING this critical juncture of his excavation process, Ed was intently concentrating while seated in the operator's cabin atop a VERY LARGE machine. Somehow thank God, Ed noticed someone approaching from behind, and jerked to a stop. I hate to think, even 4 years later as I do, what a tragic outcome he averted due to Ed's alertness. I simply regret it has taken me so long to record this review, but in the meantime, I have spoken out repeatedly to recommended Excavating Solutions, LLC far and wide!
