 + -1 moreWonderful service! I called with just two days notice to make an appointment. Josh took care of us soup to nuts in under 45 minutes, while offering some useful home security advice. Will definitely call them again if the need arises in the future.

 + -1 moreExcellent work it was great. Responsiveness, they were proactive they were here before our moving truck. Because we moved into a new house we needed new locks on the doors. They were here before we got here and had already started the work. They took great care with the antique lock set. We were able to repair it as opposed to purchasing a new one which would've been expensive.They're a great local business.
Description of Work: We used Blackstone Valley. they replaced door knobs and locks and they fixed an antique exterior door lock.

 + -1 moreThey are very professional and knowledgeable. They are courteous and I needed to find something that was obscure and they led me in that direction. It is a family run business and I would rate them highly. The people have been there for years. There is nothing wrong with the shop at all. We had custom brass locks on our house as we were the second owners of the house. The house was 41 years old. Prior to my last visit I had a dilemma. They came down here and they had the serial numbers on file and it was a piece of cake.
