+ -1 moreI'm not sure of the percent of the job we did that went towards masonry because they were subcontracted by the roofer. These men were outstanding. The guys worked in the very hot humid days of July removing several courses of cement blocks from our garage, and they worked long days. They power washed the inside and outside. Repointed/replaced/caulked/repaired where needed. And much was needed. Gave us a nicer looking parapet than we originally had. In addition, they also tackled the inside of the garage with similar repairs. Painted the garage with a tinted sealer. Painted attached shed and garage doors inside and outside. Replaced fascia board, gutter and downspout. Every day before leaving, they cleaned the entire site and left everything extremely clean. Removed debris daily.
Description of Work: This company provided the masonry repair portion of a larger job of garage restoration/roof replacement. Suburban did all the masonry work.

USED DISCREET, FLUSH, ANIMAL SCREEN TO AVOID STAINLESS-STEEL SQUIRREL CAGE FEATURED SO PROMINENTLY ON MANY CONTEMPORARY REBUILDS. VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: TORE DOWN EXISTING TWO CHIMNEYS. REBUILT USING TUMBLED BRICK TO MATCH ORIGINAL 1890 ARCHITECTURE WITH COPPER FLASHING. PRESERVED ORIGINAL DETAIL AND RESTORED ORIGINAL CAPS ON BOTH.
