Great job and learned a lot talking to Jim. I am new to gardening and really appreciated his input. Clean up was excellent as well.

Jim came by first to discuss what my wife and I wanted. He explained what we wanted, and his recommendations as an arborist, about all the different types of trees on our lot which were encroaching on the house itself. He educating us about the trees and why they were bending into not only our house but bending over our fenced in yard as well as our cedar log swing which now was almost fully immersed and covered by the branches and leaves from multiple trees. He was always prompt in communications about the job and timely in scheduling our job. He arrived on time, went to work pruning multiple trees as well as removing many other trees that have grown since we moved here 36 years ago. After he finished, he walked around the property and explained once again the rationale on what he did. He not only cleaned up beautifully but because of how he pruned the lot, out house now looked beautiful especially considering the way it originally looked at 9:00 am before he start his work til he finished after 4:30 pm. Wow!!!! I would highly recommend New England Tree Rescue if you are looking improve the view of your property in regards to all the different types of trees around your property. He was very reasonably priced .

NETR showed up as scheduled, performed work as required and exceeded expectations. Our trees were overdue by about 15yrs and now they look fantastic - esthetically improved our entire house. Beyond happy. Price was great as well. I wouldn t hesitate to hire again in a couple years to keep up with maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Owner/arborist was forthcoming in discussing the work, reviewed options, pros & cons, and provided his expertise about the trees and work in question. He came on the day, actually offered an early day (which I couldn't take advantage of but was great to be asked!), and did all the work efficiently and effectively. They cleaned up the branches, etc wonderfully! Jim was great and I'd recommend them without reservation.

The owner has a very positive attitude about preserving trees and keeping them healthy. Busy, wet , summer for them, but the job was completed in a timely and complete manner.

He was very friendly I thought he did all that he was supposed to do, but when I was able to check my trees that were suppose to be tied up he did not tie them up. I am unable to get in contact with him to complete the job. The person name is Jay who is the owner.
