Overall he did a good job and but a lot of work in. Nice guy and nice crew. The only thing he did not due that was in the quote was paint the front door and the inside and outside trim. I not sure if they ran out of time. I did not realize this until I went back and checked the quote. They did purchase a lock for me as well that was not included in the quote and did not charge me. I would use again but pay more attention to the proposal. I can paint the door and trim but I will not do as good of job as the professionals.

Brian was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. I needed to get a house ready for the market and he was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to time pressures. When a couple of issues needed follow-up, he took care of those immediately. Very professional and money well spent for the value received.

He's repainted for me. Painted some old steam radiators. He's repaired and painted our deck and fence for us. He build an awning for us as well. No job is too big or too small. He's professional and his prices are reasonable. He works cleanly. I can trust him. He gets the work done on time.

At first it was hard to get a hold of the provider. Everything was done by e-mail and not on a timely basis. I prefer phone calls. After much ado, a time was set and the provider was punctual and completed the job nicely. The providers hired hand was very friendly.

Although the job is not quite finished at this stage, I am confident that Brian will do a great job. This is the second year I have used his services, and it was the quality of his workmanship that made me seek him out for this project.

They were very professional and had good attention to detail. I was very happy with their finished product. They also managed changes well. I would use them again.

All projects were done as requested and he made sure my wife was satisfied with the work. The price for the jobs was reasonable.

The specific projects performed by McE's Home Services included: painting, installation of smoke/Co2 detectors, moving heavy furniture, loading a large dumpster, replacement of electrical switches, caulking, installing drywall, cleaning water filter, replacing a section of air-duct, power washing, replacing glass panes in window, hanging drapes, re-positioning insulation and more! McE's Home Services can apparently do anything and are willing to make extra trips to the hardware store for the right materials. Their attitude is positive, willing and helpful. They take pride in their work and are a pleasure to do business with.

McE's Home Services is extraordinary. McE is a gentleman, completely reliable and fair. He does not complain or groan about anything. He takes his time to get something done right and made extra trips to the hardware store for proper materials. His punctuality and clear and prompt estimates made it easy to choose him over 2 other handymen I spoke with. His prices are extremely reasonable. His skills are apparently endless. His assistant Mario is a pleasure to be with. If there is something they cannot do, I would be very surprised. He takes pride in his work !

He didn't take very good notes during the estimate however I made several changes during the work and he accommodated me with no problems. His crew was professional! The work was good! Fair rates! I would use him again!

We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work of this MCE's Home Services. I contacted Brian, the owner of MCE's via email and he responded within 24 hours, scheduled a time to visit to assess the work, showed up precisely when he said he would and scheduled and completed the work within a short period of time. He proved to be very reliable. Both Brian and his assistant were professional and very meticulous in their work ensuring that we were completely satisfied. We also found his prices to be very reasonable including the fact that he didn't charge for "trip costs" or driving time here and back. We intend to use MCE's services again in the future and recommend them without reservation.

Brian was pretty good, but I have some problems. One is he won't call me back now and he left something not right, so I can't tell him to screw the outside of a window he was working on in to place since he didn't before. He subcontracted a bunch of stuff to two other guys who were here more than he was and sometimes they came and we had to wait to get a hold of him to clarify what we were doing that day. The job of roofing that was done wasn't very good, it is buckled. He or his guys left nails and sharp pieces around my front yard after I told him it was VERY important for that not to be the case. The walls should have been done before the ceiling and now the ceiling has to be partly removed to do the walls in one place too. The ceiling is pretty. Since he didn't return my call I can't use him again, but I would with reservations if he would return my call.

I recommened this company to my brother-inlaw last year and he did a great job. this year my sister-inlaw needed her gutters cleaned and I called for her, he came did a great job and she was very pleased, and will used them in the future

I've had my house painted a number of times, but it's never looked as good as it has after Brian and his crew did it. They put a good deal more time and effort into the painting preparation than previous painters had, and that has made all the difference. Brian and his sidekick Mario seem capable of handling any job from the small to the great. They are unflappable, calm, considerate. I never saw frustration or impatience. They are a pleasure to have on the job. They painted my family room ceiling on Friday. After they were finished, I wanted to vacuum the carpet before the furniture was replaced. Mario saw me struggling to cover a large area with rather short swipes and gently said, ?Let me help.? He made long, room-length passes across the room, which looked so much better than my choppy versions. And he dusted under the heating elements and along the baseboards too! Brian and his crew are my heros. I plan to have them back for future work. They are definitely my go-to guys!

The work that they have done till now has been good. It is an ongoing job. I like them. The owner is very candid, very direct, responsive, and prompt. The quality of work is very good. He is attention to detail.

Brian and his helper were very professional and dealt with all the unexpected additional work professionally and quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Brian was quick to respond to the initial email and came out within 48 hrs to give me an estimate on the project. His helper did the sanding and painting. The paint match (grey) was very good and the overall quality of the work was also very good. My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that I was never sure when Brian or his co-worker was coming to work on the deck. He came over one day to powerwash the deck, and then I didn't hear anything for about 2 weeks. Finally I called him to get an update and he explained that I was next on his schedule. The project was finished later that week. The price was reasonably comptitive I believe. My brother has a slightly larger deck than mine and has his done by a different contractor for $700.00.

I think he did a really good job. He did a nice job with rebuilding the railing. Since it is an old house there were a lot of coats of paint on the bracket holding of the porch roof. He did a good job in cleaning up a lot of old paint so that when he repainted it looked good.

He hasn't been able to put in the window because of the snow. He does a nice job. He gets my sense of humor, which is very important to me. His charges are very reasonable. If he doesn't get the job right the first time he will make corrections and do whatever is necessary I am happy with him as a handyman but I probably wouldn't have him do a massive job. I give him a big list of things to do. We get along and he understands where I am coming from. He does a nice job and he will turn up and do it.

I am very pleased with the results and everyday notice how much better it looks than before. they used special porch paint for the decking and stairs, which was very important because they were in bad shape. they did a good job on sanding down the rough edges, especially on the older parts of the stairs. all the mold on the shady areas is gone and I believe this paint job will last for several years.

I am extremely happy with Brian's services. The task he was asked to do required a lot of creativity and knowledge of carpentry. He was very professional and showed up when he stated he would show up. The end product looks amazing and his meticulousness really shines through! I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The work was done in one day, clean and neat with no issues at all. Brian showed up and got right to work. Brian is very easy to work with and I will have him back again to tackle more work. Another great experience. Worth more than what I paid.
