+ -1 moreRight from the start of picking colors and deciding on materials they put me a complete ease, they continued to keep me updated on the progress of the job at all times. The most important part was the clean-up I did not even find 1 nail or any materials anywhere on the property which shows the quality of their work.....Being a real estate agent have referred many of my clients to East Coast and have always gotten a big thank you from them for the referral and have used them personally on my own investment properties on many occasions. Their professionalism and attention to detail is over the top and without a doubt would continue to refer them again and again....
Description of Work: Was the general contractor on one of my investment properties which included installing a new roof on house and 3-car garage.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I could not have been happier when we got home and the work was completed as promised and the great job they did. I heat with wood and the house is noticeably warmer even with the harsh winter we have had this season. We were not home when job was done but were comfortable leaving house keys with East Coast and were not disappointed.
Description of Work: I decided to use East Coast Siding to replace my 20 yr old windows after having such a positive experience with them when they sided my house approx. 8 yrs ago. They were able to replace the windows while I was at Disney with my family.

Description of Work: Michael Cannistraro did awful work. He started started the siding and then went on vacation and had his sons finish the work. I had to constantly go out to watch them. I had a new door replaced and the brought the wrong door. The door was sagging and had to use your shoulder to push it open. He didn't put on the strike plate. I told him the door was not on correctly and he kept saying that there was nothing wrong with it. Had to put a shim in the door and bugs were coming in.
