They did not do a very good job of remedying my problem. They have to come back a number of times and I ended up having a couple of pipes freeze because of work they did that was not adequate so I was pretty unhappy with them plus, they were very expensive too. They did not have the technical expertise to work on my system. They didn't seem to be able to do diagnostic assessments very well, it took them a long time to find the problem which turned out to be a very simple problem. They have to do it with a controller on the furnace but it was multiple falls. They have to come out several times. It ended up costing quite a bit of money and they put parts and controllers in things that probably did not need to be replaced.
Description of Work: I've used Whittier Plumbing last December but I've also used them a lot of times. We bought a new house, we had problems with the heating system. I have a heating system, a propane system with a hot water boiler and we had some difficulties with it. The house have been seating vacant for a few years and I think that was part of the problem but they came out a number of times.
