Dave installed a new gas system in my in-laws house and since the oil burner was only about 5 years old Dave took that oil burner and hot water storage tank and installed it in my house to replace my system which was about about 25 years old and in rough shape. Not an easy job....removal and delivery etc. Arrived on the time and day he said he would and did an excellent job. Dave cleaned, calibrated and serviced the boiler, and cleaned up the area when he was done. Did it all while putting up with me hovering around and asking questions and picking his brain about all sorts of home improvement issues. Very knowledgable about many construction issues, not just plumbing. The removal from my in-laws basement (120 year old house) was a nightmare, but he and his helper did it without damaging anything on the boiler or the steep stairs. My in-laws are extremely happy with the Installation of the gas system and couldn't be happier with the performance. The oil system that was replaced in my home, was installed approximately 25 years ago as a conversation from electric, I would venture a guess that it was a smart move. Whoever installed it however, did so on the cheap and may or may not have had it inspected because, even by my non-mechanical eyes, was....sloppy, to say the least. We only have one zone, but are in the process of finishing the basement (thinking about it stage), so Dave put a second zone, for the future expansion. Highly recommend Dave for any plumbing need you have.
