+ -1 moreI've never used a stager before but overall I would say this was a perfect experience. While being respectful of the fact that we would still be living in the house while it was for sale, she managed to add a layer of decor that made it a completely different home. She was also super responsive any time I emailed or texted her questions. She worked with our budget and every room in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was given the designer touch. She finished the house on April 11th, 2016 - a monday. The photographer came on Tuesday and the Open House was that weekend. The realtor called me Monday night to say there were multiple offers! I truly believe the staging made a huge difference and was glad to work with someone like Natasha and her team.
Description of Work: We needed help with staging our home for sale - mainly figuring out what to get rid of and how to set up our current furniture to look best in photos and at the Open Houses. Natasha came to look at our house with our amazing realtor and afterwards she sent us an incredible thorough list of her suggestions for each room. We emailed and texted back and forth a lot - she was very helpful and responsive. Once we had cleaned and moved everything she came in with a truck full of pillows, rugs, mirrors, bedding, plants - all sorts of accessories! She worked in the house with an assistant for around 5 hours and afterwards the house was totally transformed.
