He did a phenomenal job. His communication was very good. He was ready to call you if he was running a little bit late, had another job or something, he would call you, let you know right away. Which is really nice to know exactly when someone is coming. Once they started the work until it was done. There was no, you know, weekend stuff, but no putting stuff on pause so we can go somewhere else. Everything was very professional. We were very happy and the work is absolutely gorgeous. While providing this service for you, what did they do that went above and beyond your expectations? Fixing the drainage. We had a serious problem with ___ It was causing water to come into our garage, where it freeze and mess up the garage door, lots of things. He took care of all of that. We looked around too and he was by far above and beyond the best choice. We had a couple people that gave us estimates that were outrageous where I could look up the material cost and found out they had a 50% markup on materials and stuff. He was the only one that seemed nice and honest. It was a pleasure to have him work for us, he did a real good job.
