+ 0 moreWe originally had them come out years ago. They sent out a design specialist to begin with who was very friendly, and helpful. My only criticism is that they had to reschedule a lot, first on the installation, and then when we had the crew come out and fix something, they had to reschedule that a few times too. Other than that they were fine. The product works, but it is pricey. The punctuality was fine when they did show up.
Description of Work: We used Basement Systems. We had them come out and do work in our basement. They installed a drain around the perimeter of our basement, and then put a wall liner.
