+ -1 moreMy A/C unit died and the tech said the unit needed to be replaced. It took over a week for them to get a new unit and longer for techs to come out for the install. On the date of install, I received a call that the tech was sick and they would have to be rescheduled. Days later, the techs arrived with the new unit. After one hour, they said that they wouldn't be able to install the unit due to the poor condition of the furnace. This is summer day 32 with no A/C and no time frame on having a working unit. All the techs that came out were knowledgeable: However, if you don't want to wait weeks to get A/C try some other company.
