Great work, on time and very efficient workers. Only 45 minutes from start to finish. No complaints.

Rich came out to give me an estimate and described how he would cut down the trees. I was interested in cutting down only the trees that were dead/dying or presented a risk to my house. Rich was able to advise which trees needed to go. He also took a walk of my entire property to see if anything else needed to be taken care of. He is very knowledgeable about trees and landscaping type things. Two days or so before the scheduled date Rich called to say he wasn't going to make it. The reason was that he wanted to use a crane to take down the trees so that one of the trees that did not need to get cut down would not get damaged. The following week Rich and his crew showed up. They were done in 2-3 hrs. The driveway was cleaned up very well before they left. The only sign left behind after they left was a stack of logs and a pile of chipped brush/branches.

Rich and his crew did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and very professional. We are very pleased with how well things turned out and plan to give him a call next spring for more trees.

Mr. Rich was the one who came over to my place and assessed the job. He then provided pricing and followed up regularly to check when he could start the work. On the day of job, he arrived with his team and performed all that he had quoted including removal of all the trees. The team was polite and expeditious and cleaned up the yard accordingly. We are extremely pleased with the work. The price was significantly less than the other quotes.

Rich gave us an estimate and stick to it, everything was exactly as he promised. He put everything back where it was after he was finished.

Rich provided excellent service. His rates were competitive. What I appreciate most is his professionalism. He comes exactly on time and performs services exactly as promised. Wish all service providers were like him.

Rich Gambale came by promptly on the same day I called to request a yard consultation and estimate for tree removal. The price was higher than expected, Rich stated a crane was necessary but did not consider nor discuss any possibility for non-crane alternatives. This was a disappointment, as one testimonial at his website describes how Rich avoided the use of an expensive crane when another company had insisted one was necessary. The "yard consultation" was not as enlightening as I'd hoped and expected, Rich was not very talkative re: the state of my little forest's overall health. This is the reason I gave a "B" rating for professionalism...all other aspects of the job were fine. The work performed by the 3rd-party company with the crane was excellent and took only about 2 hours to complete the job.

The experience went very well. Rich came over a few times before the actual removal to determine how best to position his equipment so the process went very smoothly

Rich came promptly and advised me which of my trees were either dead, dying, or healthy, and which would look ok once their neighbors were removed. Since he's a certified arborist, I knew I could trust him to speak up when he thought a tree was worth saving. He gave careful consideration to each tree (about 30 in all) and to the property overall. I learned a lot from him. However, I am in a huge hurry to complete this job before winter and when I didn't hear from him and found a compatible tree service to do the job soon and cheaply, I jumped. Rich called me shortly after I'd hired the other service. I'd have hired him if I hadn't found someone cheaper to do the job within the time requirement.

He and his crew were on time, polite, and worked efficiently. The work area was thoroughly cleaned once the job was finished.

Responding quickly to inquiry. Estimate was in line with other tree companies in the area.

The guys did a great job, they were careful not to damage any of the sprinkler heads in my irrigation system and cleaned up all the debris when they were done. The yard looked great after they were done.

I finally decided to have a big ugly dead pine tree removed along with some other tasks left over from some other company's landscaping work. I emailed Rich on a Saturday and he called me that night to set up a meeting the next day to see the job. He quoted me a price and work started that week while I was at the office. I came home to find my big tree simply gone with just a stump remaining, no debris and no giant tire tracks :) The job was completed after another couple short days of cleanup. I'd definitely call Rich again for tree work!

Rich did an excellent job pruning the trees in our back yard. We got a quote from an "arborist" who wanted to drive heavy machinery into our yard to cut down healthy trees. Rich is an experienced climber, and he and his crew were able to prune away the dead branches and save the trees. He was very professional, arriving on schedule, giving us an accurate quote before he started, and cleaning up at the end of the job. I highly recommend Greenleaf's Tree Service if you want to save your trees instead of cutting them down.

I contacted Rick via his website and he responded and gave us a price the same day. Waited several days before completing the job because the ground was wet and the equipment would damage the lawn. We didn't get any other quotes because the price seemed reasonable and he was very professional and knowledgeable. So, I don't know if it was comparable to other services. Rick and his team arrived as scheduled. He called to confirm date and be sure that it was convenient. All of his team members were courteous and professional. They worked efficiently and completed all the work requested plus some additional work. My only complaint is that my hosta and holly bush were damaged. Hopefully they will rebound. Overall, we were very pleased with the work and would hire them again.

The crew arrived promptly on the day that the work was to be done. They did the work that was described in the quote, including an excellent job at cleaning up. They were extremely careful about minimizing damage to the lawn.

Rich Gambale responded by phone and email the same day I sent an email to his business from the Angies list website. He scheduled a consult that same day and walked the yard with me and gave his opinion and feedback when I told him my needs. He did a proposal on the spot and I was happy and scheduled the work immediately. He commited to one or two different days depending on the weather and he kept me up to date as to exactly when he would arrive. He even called the night before to confirm. He arrived on time with lots of equipment and workers. I asked him for a few other things while he was here and he was totally cooperative. He was professional, thorough and cleaned up everything and was done in 2:30 hours. I had contacted three people and before I was even able to make contact with anyone else my job is done and I am totally satisfied. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich and would recommend his services highly to all.

We requested estimates from three tree companies with "A" ratings on Angie's List. Rich Gambale, the owner of Greenleafs, responded to our request on the same day that the requests were sent via the web. He came to our house and gave us an estimate later that day. It took 5 days to get the other two estimates. Rich's estimate was the lowest, so we asked him to do the work. He made sure that we were OK with the day that he wanted to come to the house and he and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would. Rich and his crew did a fantastic job! All the work was done exactly per our agreement. They completely cleaned the driveway area, and cleaned our front lawn of the accumulated winter's litter (pine cones and branches) even though I had not asked them to do this. I was impressed by Rich's responsiveness and the high quality of his work and really appreciated the extra work he did cleaning up. I will definitely be using Greenleaf's for our future tree work!

Called three companies. Greenleaf responded first. One did not respond (Copps). Chose Greenleaf because they offered the most competitive price and were very responsive. They had the job done a day after my first call. Excellent work overall.

Rich and his two crew members arrived on time to cut and trim the trees. They started by introducing themselves and then proceeded to get right to work. They had all of the required trucks and equipment to make the job safe and efficient. They also checked with me from time to time to ask if I wanted certain branches trimmed, etc. When the job was finished they performed a complete cleanup of all work areas removing any branches, limbs, or even leaves...they left my yard spotless. It was a really pleasant experience and I plan to use them for any future tree service that I may need.

It went great! I called on Saturday afternoon, got a call back that evening and set up an appointment for Tuesday evening. Rich arrived exactly on the agreed upon time and I proceeded to direct his attention to 3 trees that were damaged. He provided an estimate which we accepted and indicated he could do the job the next day. Rich & crew arrived the next morning early but slightly later than anticipated. He called shortly after the expected time to indicate the crew was tied up in traffic; but, arrived minutes later. The crew arrived with a bucket truck and chipper completing the original job by noon. During the job, Rich noticed another tree that required attention and agreed to remove that one the same day. My wife decided she wanted another tree down that had been damaged by a prior season's heavy spring snow from which it never recovered (bent over at 60 degree angle). He also agreed to do that one. All work, including clean-up, was completed a little after 1pm. We couldn't be more pleased.

I dealt with Bill. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would certainly hire Greenleafs Tree Service again for shrub removal.

Rich and his crew did a great job. Rich responded my initial inquiry promptly, he provided me a copy of insurance paper when we?re negotiating the price. They came in early in the morning to start the job, and they cleaned the job site while they cutting the branches. They are very careful when cutting down the trees so that it will not damage the property. After the logs were removed by another company the other day, Rich and his crew came again to clean up any left over leaves. We?re very satisfied with their work.

Greenleaf's was one of 3 companies I called for an estimate. All showed up in May to walk around my yard and listen to what I wanted done. I also asked all 3 for their opinions of the work I was looking for and anything else that they might suggest. I went with Rich and Greenleaf's because he was the only one that actually followed up and asked for my business, the only one who gave me a copy of his company's insurance document and the best priced. He also did not want to take everything down, but instead wanted to prune frugally saying it was better for the trees that way (but would still give me what I needed). On the day the work was scheduled to be done, his crew arrived a little early and the foreman walked me through the yard being sure to check with his list the trees to be cut. He also walked me through towards the end to be sure it all looked good to me. The crew worked very quickly and cleaned up thoroughly (I don't know when my driveway had been swept so well). I would definitely recommend Greenleaf's to anyone who might need arborist services.
