The best possible job. Clean up was very good and tidy.

Had 6 very large pine trees taken down and removed. Owner Rich came out for an estimate same day, called me from site and asked some questions. Immediately gave me an estimate over the phone. Written estimate quickly provided over email. Owner very responsive over phone and email. Scheduled appointment within a week. They came 30 minutes early with a large crew. Trees taken down same day and hauled away the next. They made this large job seem routine. I highly recommend Greenleaf and wouldn't hesitate to business with again.

They trimmed the tree branches back so they won't a problem in the future. He also kindly cleaned out my gutter in the area where the branches had been over roof. The cleanup that his men did was above and beyond. They not only cleaned up my yard but also helped out my neighbor by cleaning up my neighbors adjacent area to my yard even though it was not their refuse.

We had to reschedule once. The crew arrived early on the rescheduled date and very quickly remove both trees, all of the branches and debris. The next day a guy returned to grind the stump in the front yard. Overall, very happy. I wish they could have removed more of the surface roots when grinding the stump. UPDATE: They returned to grind the surface root that were not originally visible. Excellent Definitely will call Greenleafs, if I ever need tree service again

We were very pleased. They arrived when they said they would, and they did the work promptly and they cleaned up afterwards. They were doing other work nearby that day, which meant less movement of equipment for them, and they passed that savings on to us. They are very willing to do that for neighbors who get together like that.

From the initial call to the final clean up, this was an A+ experience and I know who to call the next time I need tree work. Rich returned my initial call right away, and we set a time for the estimate. On the day of the estimate he showed up on time, gave me a reasonable price for the work, and when I agreed, he told me that his crew would be there in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks later he called and we agreed on a date and time for the work a few days later. When the crew showed up, on time, we did a walkthrough of the work to be done with Rich and the crew foreman. The entire crew was very professional, and the specialist who climbed up the big tree was amazing to watch. There was one tree pretty close to the house and they took great care to make sure it fell the correct way. They chipped everything on site and removed it, even reseeded the grass on the areas where the heavy equipment left tracks. Rich followed up later that day to make sure everything went OK. The $50 Home Depot gift card was an unexpected bonus. I chose Rich because of his high ratings on Angie's list, and he and his crew proved that those ratings are well deserved.

Our experience with Rich and his company was a very pleasant one. His crew was on time, courteous, cautious, experienced and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site, so at the end of the day, it was like they had never been there! We are very pleased with our experience with Greenleaf.

Rich returned our phone call right away and made an appointment to come and look at the work we wanted to have done. We had received one other estimate, which we found a little high. Rich gave us an estimate that we thought was fair for the large number of trees that needed to be removed. After we decided to hire him to do the work he gave us a date that was about 2-3 weeks out. He called a couple of days before that date to let us know what time he and his crew would be arriving. He and a number of workers arrived early that day and got right to the task. A large crane helped to cut the time it took to remove the very large trees and move trees from the back of the property to the front, as our septic system is located in our back yard. The job took three days and a short amount of time on a fourth day to take down a tree at the corner of our property. Although I did not stand outside and watch the whole procedure, when I did watch them working, this crew looked very knowledgable ,worked very well together and were safety conscious. They were polite and answered any questions I had. At the end of each of the days they were here they totally cleaned up all of the branches, leaves and excess wood chips. The tree that needed to be removed on the last day of work did disturb the grass somewhat when it came down and the workers put down grass seed after they raked up those branches. We were very satisfied with the work done for us by Greenleaf's Tree Service. We will call them if we need this service again and would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal.

Rich promptly came out to look at the job and immediately gave us a quote and told us roughly when his schedule would allow (a month later. He called us the day before he would arrive (actually a week earlier than the prior estimation). This was cutting it close schedule wise; fortunately, I had the flexibility. They showed up on time and did their job very well, cleaning up all the grounds such that you didn't even know that they had been there! This is the third time that we've used Greenleaf's. They are very good. But that also means that they are in demand. That said, Rich's prices are reasonable. Also, he has a great crew. I recommend tipping them all. They work hard.

Rich came over the day we inquired for an estimate and walked the property. Gave a quote on the spot and explained how it would go. On the day, the crane showed up a little early and everyone else was spot on on time. Walked the property with Rich one more time to make sure there are no mistakes and they got to work. Did not harm our desired plantings. Chipped everything on the spot and trucked off the large logs. The crane and their expertise was amazing. Very large pines were taken in three picks and some in one or two picks. Since the crane was already there, picked the trees in the back over the house easily too. Thought it would make a mess of the garden considering the location but they secured it, one cut and up and over the house it went, not a flower or shrub harmed. Made a cool movie too. Processed it all and gone in no time. After seeing the work Rich walked the property again and we asked a couple more medium/small trees and bushes to go. Price still came in exactly on what Rich quoted, even with the bits of extra work. Driveway has no indication they, and the crane, were here (Neighbor's cheaper tree service cracked their driveway and left a mess). Great team cutting/picking, clearing, and processing. I could've sworn it would take all day at least (neighbor took almost a week to have similar work done) but gone by 1pm. Very impressed with the professionalism and overall project result.

Rich provided an estimate for us in the second week of July. He gave an honest assessment of our shrubs which we were considering having removed and based on his comments decided to keep. But we did go ahead with the tree trimming work. When we told Rich we wanted to have the work done, he said he was pretty well booked for two weeks, but would call if he had any last minute openings. The last minute opening occurred quickly - and we were flexible with scheduling, so it took less than a week for him and his crew to come. They arrived, trimmed and were done in less than 1 hour! The didn't leave any chips, branches or leaves on site and even returned later to remove a few tire tracks that I didn't even notice! Excellent attention to detail and clearly a very experienced crew!

We had to reschedule once because of equipment problems. But on the rescheduled date, we got a call from Rich indicating when they would arrive, and they were there right on the dot. I was very impressed with the amount of equipment and the number of workmen that arrived. They had the dead trees down and the overhanging branches trimmed very quickly. At that point, some of the equipment and workmen left, leaving about 5 men, a large cherry picker truck, and a chipper truck to handle the dead and broken limbs on the oak trees. The branches in question were very high up, and of substantial size. This part of the job took considerably longer, as they were obviously being very careful not to damage any of the surrounding trees or the lawn (the cherry picker needed to park at several locations on the lawn, and it didn't leave any marks at all), They cleaned up as they worked, including doing raking and blowing and collecting the sawdust, both in my yard and in the street The lawn actually looked better when they were done than before they started!. I strongly recommend Greenleafs. They obviously know their stuff, and they have access to the resources needed to get a big job done quickly and efficiently.Professional, all the way down the line.

This is the third time that we have used Green Leaf's and Rich will be the only tree service that we will call in the future. No need to look elsewhere as the results have always been great with the service that he provides. Green Leaf's pricing is competitive, Rich's crew is knowledgable and experienced, and will put in the extra effort when needed. Rich is always punctual and professional. He shows up when he says he will, writes an estimate for you on the spot, and keeps you updated on the day and time that he schedules for you as reminders. Also, he tells you the names of his crew so you know in advance who will be on site for the work to be performed on your property. Overall, we have had excellent experiences with Rich and Green Leaf's and know that all of our future tree services will be handled by this company. A-Plus Service Provider for sure!

I liked them very much. He walked me around the property and detailed the job that needed to be done. He made suggested that I keep the work to the minimum because the people moving in could be able to decide what to do. The estimate we received from them was very low. The thing I liked the most was that he gave me numerous options.

As soon as many rainy days subsided, the men and equipment arrived bright and early. They went right to work on the trees and despite the confined space managed to get everything done in just a few hours.They did what that they were supposed to do and really knew their equipment. They cleaned up the debris and went on to their next job. Overall, it went really well.

Greenleafs was quick to respond to our request to quote, reasonable to schedule, and very prompt on the work day. he price was one the low side of competitive and the service couldn't be better. The crew involved me before moving from tree to tree to be certain that all branches I didn't like were removed. They also made certain to identify septic system location during the estimate process, and while the crew and their bucket truck were on site. The post-work clean up was excellent, and I'm sure included some small branches that were already on the ground.

We decided to accept another company's proposal based on price.

The work was performed in a professional ang thorough manner for a very reasonable price. This is the third major job Ricn and his crew have done for us and each time have done an excellent job and left minimal damage to other landscaping.

Everything went extremely well on the day of the job. Plus, and this is one of the behaviors that differentiates Rich Gambale (the owner) from any other local business we have contracted with in over 25 years at this location: 1. He called the day before the job to let us know of their estimated arrival time. 2. On the day of the job, he called as they were leaving their earlier job, estimating their arrival time more precisely. 3. He walked the property with me again before getting started, and we added a few things in the process (for only a few hundred dollars more). 4. A n hour or two after the crews had left, he called again to find out whether we were happy with the work. (We were!) 5. A week or more after the job was done, we received a gift card, with a personal note from him, to Home Depot, thanking us for the business. Bottom line: in addition to having hard-working, skilled workers, and providing his services at a VERY reasonable price, Rich provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He calls ahead, confirms appointments, arrives when agreed, and follows up after the job. Greenleaf's Tree Service is at the top of our list. We highly recommend his services.

Called Greenleaf for a site visit on getting a tree removed. On conclusion of the visit it was determined they did not have the equipment needed to remove the tree, however they were quick to offer another company that could. Although they did not perform any work, they provided a same day site visit, he was on time for the appointment and was professional.

I found Rich on Angie's List. I called, he came when he said to give me an estimate. He was very helpful with ideas but not high pressure selling at all. I had some town regulation stuff to go through before he could do the work but once that was done, he scheduled the work and did it on time. 3 hours from when they started until finished. 3 very large trees. Exceptional experience.

We had 2 visits from Greenleafs. One for planned tree trimming, the other in response to the Oct. snow storm. Rich is extremely punctual - for estimates and for work. His crew worked hard and fast, and did a more than adequate job of cleaning up. We would definitely highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Only issue was weather on previous try. Had several trees that did not weather the October 31 storm well. Some leaners to house so they had to go. Estimate was fair. Rick called several time to check dates. Crane that arrived was impressive. Trees 'topped' and chopped very efficiently. One trunk 3 ft across, one pine 80 ft tall. Done efficiently.
